Chapter 18{ Final battle}

Third person's pov

Tanjiro and Inouske were at the side of the intense battle. ' It's way too fast, there's no way I can butt in, I feel like I will just die if I jump in,' Inouske thought.

Tanjiro is beyond confuse how Rukia is keeping up with Rengoku and Akaza's speed. ' How can Rukia keep up with their speed?,' Tanjro thought.

" From all my years of battling and killing Hashira, I have never encountered a child for once, and a strong one," Akaza grinned at Rukia. " Become a demon Rukia and we will fight for enternity," Rukia speed up her movements.

Rukia's nichirin land on Akaza's neck, but it was knock by Akaza. " You were close but it will take more than that," Akaza punched her lower abandon, making her fall on her knees in pain.

" Rukia!, Let me-," " NO!, Stay there," She said and got up. ' I'm done with people protecting me, I want to protect the people I care,'  she thought and stood up and held my nichirin despite the pain on my lower abandon.

" Rukia, You can't fight him at that state," Tanjiro said, ' Thank you for your concern, but it is my responsibility to protect you,' She thought.

Rukia's pov

" MOON BREATHING: FINAL FORM, MOON DRAGON!!!," The large dragon crash to Akaza's power. " AHHHHHHHHHH!," I place all of my power of my nichirin hoping it would be enough to cut his head.

But then.

" RUKIA!," I heard Aniki. When Akaza's hand was beyond on my lower abandon. " RUKIA!!," I was shocked and spit out blood. ' I thought it would work this time.' " Die, Rukia, Become a demon and we shall never grow old!," 

' Rukia, You know the strong shall protect the weak and that is what you are gifted to protect everyone who you care about, I'll leave the future to you,' I heard mother's words and attempt to slice Akaza's head.

" AHHHHHH!," ' Mother, I now know what you mean, And I must fullfil that duty,' I thought. " AHHH, DIE!," I yelled and push my blade in his neck.

Tanjiro got up and get his nichirin and ran to us. as well as inouske and Aniki. " NO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!, GET BACK!," I said.

" No, were cutting his head now," Tanjiro said, Inouske jumped in the air and the sun was rising. ' Just a little bit more and he will burn out.' I thought but Akaza cut his arms and legs for him to run from the sun.

Tanjiro threw his nichirin and yelling his voice out, I giggled. " Tanjiro, please come here," I said softly. He did as I ask.

" Please don't scream so much it will damage your vocal cords, please do me this last favor." I said. " Rukia, please don't say as if you're going to die, you'll be fine, You'll be heal the kakushi are coming," Tanjiro said.

" I don't think I can make it Tanjiro," I said. He sobbed as well as Aniki. is this the end. I was about to close my eyes, when I felt someone's warm hand healing my lower abandon.
