Part 0 (explanation)
In this world dueling is legal, but any duels outside of training, sparring or tournaments is deemed illegal unless forced to duel.
Duel enforcers are pretty much the police of this reality lead by number 1 duel enforcer endeavour, who many look up to.
But not everything is as it seems, the duel enforcers are all corrupt, some having agreements with gangs to keep their activities under wraps for getting first at anything offered, that includes slaves, who were once duelists, but after being forced to duel and losing, got brainwashed into being hyper sexual, practically mindless, sex slaves to the person who pays the most.
People who have been through that process only have three things in mind, sex, servitude and submissiveness.
Duel idols are entertainers who get spotted and enrolled by agencies, the moon roses being the leading agency and has several people training to be duel idols.
Izuku and bakugou don't see eye to eye, bakugou thinks Izuku doesn't know the basics, Izuku knows bakugou doesn't know anything, other than fusion using Polymerization, their decks are also very conflicted, with each other.
Bakugou's deck is explo-tech which matches his hotheaded and fiery temperament, along side it showing his passion.

Contradictory to this, izuku's deck is watchhound, a deck that consists of six different attributes, and is much more complex, than simple dog themed cards.
Each monster aligns with a part of the NATO phonetic alphabet, but they also have each method of the six alternate summoning, methods, these being synchro, XYZ, fusion, link, pendulum and ritual.
When summoning the watchhound synchro Izuku will chant 'with sharp fangs that watch over the end with unwavering rage, I summon the wolf of Armageddon, special summon, howl, beast of the end, watchhound Fenrir.'
