13. Priority Changed

" I said, cancel all the fucking meetings" Taehyung growl at the staff who told him that the meetings are important and he can't leave right now.

His secretary didn't said anything, she just do what she is being told. Know better than to go against the CEO's words.

Taehyung rush from the his office to his car, "Please be okay Jungkook" he pray. Trying to calm himself. He start the car and drive to the Hospital.

"Jeon Jungkook" He told the nurse at the reception. The nurse tell him where he is. Taehyung waste no time walking to the room.

He open the door of the room and there he is. His baby, laying there on the hospital bed, looking pale. Thank God he is awake and already looking at Taehyung.

The CEO sit on the chair beside the bed and hold Jungkook's hands. "Baby... I'm so fucking worried you know?" He asked the younger who giggle weakly.

"I thought you have meetings today, taetae" he asked, looking at Taehyung, confused. Taehyung flick the younger forehead softly. "And you expect me to go to meetings after someone call me and said ' Jungkook faint at work and sent to the hospital' ? "

Jungkook smile at the older. " Don't worry taetae"

The CEO glare at the other. "You dare to say that while you're here laying in hospital's bed"

Jungkook, yet again smile. "I thought your first priority is company?" He asked playfully. Taehyung huff. "I learned a lesson today. I will change my priority starting from this day"

"And what the first priority?" The younger sheepishly asked. Taehyung roll his eyes and poke the younger cheeks. "You know what it is"

"Really? Come on~ tell me" Jungkook whine, tugging at the older hands. Taehyung pinch Jungkook's cheeks. "It's you silly"

Jungkook giggle and smiling happily. He look at Taehyung who was looking at him expectedly. "What?" He asked the older. He kind of know what the older will asked but he still want to play dumb.

"Don't you want to tell me why you faint?" Taehyung raise an eyebrow at the younger. There's no doctor coming to tell him why his baby faint, he will asked his baby himself then.

"Um..." Jungkook hesitate. Hearing Jungkook's hesitant he grip the others hands as a warning "don't lie" he warn softly.

"I faint cause of dehydration and cause of lack of nutrients? I didn't eat from this past few days" Jungkook mumble nervously. His breath are shaky, he is scared of what Taehyung's reaction will be. ‹Will he shout at me?›

Taehyung losen his grasp on the younger's hand. Jungkook close his eyes ready for any negative reaction. Jungkook know it's his fault. He didn't eat because he is too tired to do so, he didn't know that he will faint at some point.

Taehyung come here for him because of his own carelessness. Taehyung cancel the meetings just to meet him here. He is just a burden, he thought.

He didn't notice he is crying went Taehyung wipe his tears. "Why are you crying petal?"

Jungkook sniffle. "'m sorry. I just a burden, you cancel all your meeting because of my stupidity"

Taehyung stand up for his seating position, he cup Jungkook's face. "Why are you beating yourself up, petal?" Jungkook breath out, opening his eyes and look at Taehyung. Reading his expression.

"I cancel all the meetings because I want to. Because I want to see you. Can you tell me why you didn't eat petal?"

Jungkook shrug. "I came back from works and was too tired to eat. I'm too tired to order and cook anything. And you won't come back until late night anyway, so I didn't bother to cook anything"

After a lot of discussion, they decide to live with each other. Jungkook's parents let him happily because they get all the house all by themselves and let Jungkook under others care. Jungkook scoff at that statement.

"And I always have a work early in the morning, I don't have time to take any breakfast. And when the director invited me lunch, I always refuse. I just want to eat with you but I didn't want to be a bother...."

Taehyung sigh, he sit on the edge of the bed and take Jungkook's hands again and caress it softly. "I'm so sorry sweetheart"

"I'm sorry I was too into work that I didn't notice your health. I promise to be the best boyfriend but I'm not being the best this past few days or even before that. Just now I said I change my priority and I will take care of you okay. Now don't cry, I don't know you're thinking. Are you thinking bad about me? I'm sorry ~"

Taehyung squish Jungkook's cheeks with his hands and shake it from side to side. Taehyung leans down and peck his lips. Jungkook whine and try to pry off Taehyung's hands from his face.

"I will make sure you eat and will always check on you okay?" Taehyung promise again. Looking straight into Jungkook's eyes. He kiss Jungkook's forehead and lips again.
