A couple of seconds later a girl with black and purple hair, tied, up in a bun peaked through the hole i was in.

"ara ara, look who we have here. Whats your name and Why are are you hiding in this tree? " she asked with a smile visible on her fair skin face

'Oh gosh this the Shinobu! The shinobu from demon slayer!'

"uhm my name is Y/N. I woke up here and hid when i heard someone coming and they were demons" i hesitantly replied back

'despite the fact im in an anime i still can't get over my nervousness when speaking to people, as a kid i was lonely and other children bullied like me calling me ugly. It made me really self conscious about myself so when wearing a mask it helped me speak better as people didn't have to see all of my face. '

"ah i see my name in shinobu kocho. Let's bring you back to the demon corps and they'll help you there.

As we jumped from trees to trees i became memorised at the dark, blue sky with bright, glimmering stars i saw above me.

I quickly regained my focus back when shinobu questioned

'i debated whether to tell her or not and decided to'

"ooo i see. It's just i never saw anything like that before where did you get it"

'originally back in my world a virus called covid 19 spreaded through the world so everyone had to start wearing masks to protect themselves however many didn't like it whiles i didnt mind as i was more protected and covered my face.'

Me and shinobu talk every so often having mini conversations here and there talking about random thing like from how the sky looks to jokes - which some made her laugh which made me happy to know that i wasn't talking to some wall that won't feel any emotion at all than a person who will show emotion and reply back.

By the time we arrived at the demon slayer corps, the sun was already beginning to rise. I got off shinobu's back and thanked her.
Then came 3 little girls who greeted her and showed me to a room to get some rest before they decide what they will do to me.

I closed the door behind me, placed me bag next against a wall and decided to try to go sleep.

I guess this is the start of me being in demon slayer.
