I felt a pair of hands on me which i knew was kanao
I faced up go her where she had a worried expression on her porcelain face

Trying my best to smile through the mask to lesson her worriedness

"l-let get going n-now." great y/n i thought we would be able overcome this stuttering after a while of being here but clearly not

She nods in agreement and we setted off once more though these time it was different as nothing happened

From where we were temporarily resting we heard a scream and we both smelt a demon nearby with a scream following by it

Kanou and i nod in agreement and headed off to the scream

'this voice isnt this tanjiros voice'

Each step we took the smell was getting stronger to my dispise
Though it seemed kanao paid no attention and was ahead

By the we came into the scene there was a battle cry heard and the demon was slayed however this time it didnt seem to show resent to the brunette boy who was indeed
Tanjiro.

I finally get to meet the protagonist of this show i suppose.

'he looks more adorable than in the anime somehow? But i must say he was good looking despite having a displeased appearance after his ml moments tho'

"a-are you alright?" i spoke up

The poor boy jumped and quickly turned to the direction of the voice.
"ah!"

"sorry i-i made you jump i didnt mean to"

"no im sorry and im alright thank you. My name is tanjiro what about you two may i ask?"

"o-oh! Uhm im Y-Y/n."

Kanou flipped the coin and went silent

"and this p-person here is m-my best friend Kanou!. "

"ah i see both of you have pretty names" he gave both of you a smile

"we came here because we heard a scream and came here to help."

"thank you for coming i was worried i wouldn't be able to get to see my little sister again if i couldnt defeat him"

'aww he is talking about nezuko. I really wanna a see her and give her a hug!'

"well we get going now sorry for bothering you" i apologies once more

Soon after then we departed ways and as the other days went by we continued to kill demons with ease and reached our destination. Thoughts we weren't first to come here is was nice to have a break after long tiresome days

'i wonder if this is what it feels like being a hashira? Never getting enough sleep maybe and being busy all the time...'

"kanou how do you feel after that"

"we made though it together so it went good." she gave a small smile to me

"aww kanou" and gently hugged her for her wholesomeness but alright her speaking without her coin again"

Since we made it back i guess all we can do is wait i suppose

i had my phone in my haori which had secret pocket well inside pockets and went on it i looked up on videos and memes trying not to disturb kanou who was asleep beside me

After a while i felt some weight on my shoulder and saw kanou who looked really peaceful in her sleep soon after i grew tired and fell asleep a long with her.

Suprised i wrote a lot hopefully you enjoyed a wholesome scene

Lowkey i sometimes prefer to build relationships with other people than make characters love at first sight
