Emilie Loring is an amazing author who wrote so many more amazing books before her death in the 1950s. After her death, books that she worked on were completed by a ghostwriter. In total there are about 50 books to her name. Only one of her works is in the public domain, The Trail of Conflict, but her books are widely available online.
There are plenty of her other works such as 'Fair Tommorrow', 'Behind the Cloud', 'Here Comes The Sun', 'Give Me One Summer', 'Today Is Yours' that are all worth reading, especially as they give more insight to how they lived through the two world wars, the great depression and more of what our past was like, but also because the romance is sweet. Many of those works are available to read through kindle unlimited.
