Complicated relationships

Nick was lying on the bed under the covers when he heard sound of door opening.

"they are back " he thought, he was planning to apologize to them because of his attitude earlier. "hopefully I didn't ruin their mood."

Suddenly someone was pinning him atop the covers. He was about scream at them when  covered his mouth. He was panicking.

"Don't make a sound" said a familiar voice. He pulled Nick with his miuth stil covered to the balcony.

"R..hhm" Nick said realizing it was Rob.

"shhh"  Nick looked confused and a little scared. what is Rob doing here? and why is he not letting him move or speak?

"They are looking for you we have to leave" He looked around to the neighbors balcony. "let's go there"

"hmm" Nick tried to remove the hand covering mouth but Rob stopped him.

"Don't even try to. now move" he pointed to the edge. Nick shook his head, no way in heal he is going to jump like Spiderman.

"if the Wiccan catches you, you will die, do you want to?" He was about to try speak when they heard a crashing sound from inside. " they are here we have to go" he help Nick onto the the edge. Nick could only see the road below.

"I am gonna die,Matt Chris, I am gonna die" his mind kept repeating and he freeze in one place.

" oh my god, you're hopeless." Rob climb beside him and held him tightly. Together they jump to next room. actually Rob jumped both of them. Nick only has his eyes closed and waiting for his end. when they landed safely, Rob removed the tie from his move and helped the shaking 18 years old into the neighbors room.

once they reached the elevator, Nick started to regain his composure.

"where are you taking me?" He looked at his reflection. he was disheveled with no shoe and his face red from crying.

"I'll tell you in the way"

"...but my brothers and our manager. we have to tell them about the thief in our room." he was worried if they come while the thief is there. He might hurt them.

"they already had them" He looked at Nick sternly. " my goal is to not let them have all of you."

"I don't understand? where is Chris and Matt? I need to call them." he looked for his phone but realized it was still in his room.

" you can't" said Rob as soon as the elevator stopped at the parking floor. He started taking Nick to his car.

"Rob, please let's go to the polic.." Suddenly Rob pushed him inside the car trunk and closed it. he hit the roof trying to open it but it was impossible.

"sorry Nick, we can't"

is the new chapter length good? should I stick to shorter chapters??
