The streets, mountains, and villages filled with people, smiles ranging from mirth to boredom. Some were of laughter or whining like babies. Some of them held hands with care and looked with wonder and curiosity. Some walk or skip like children. Some can even say it sends the utmost happiness.
Humanity.
However..some were frowning—ranging from shock to terror. Some were whimpers or crying like hurt. Some of their hands shook— clenched tightly, and looked with the wonder of dying and anxiety. Some running..or frozen stiff like the cold of night. Some can even say...It brings the utmost fear.
Demons.
"Please..please don't hurt me!" A woman said who was drenched in someone else's blood. Their body visibly shaking from what she had just seen. She watched with nervousness, as the person..or thing stood in front of her. She watched as a certain head slid off the blade he held.
It was the woman's significant other with whom she held hands. Not only every day but in marriage. She shrieked as the blade fast was now brought up to her neck, up to her head—leaving a red line from her neck, her cheek, then temple. The woman shivered and swallowed deep, refusing to look at the many eyes this demon had. She winced feeling the blade pressed and go from her temple to the middle of her forehead, drawing blood.
"Please I just want to get home to my kids..they n-need me.."
With a slow twist of his blade, the demon quickly slid it right in between the girl's eyes, pushing it deep into her skull. She writhed in pain and came to a slow halt. Pulling the blade out with a sharp sound-emitting and he grabs the body, dragging it to the nearest tree. He squatted and grab the dead victim's head, absorbing her into his flesh. He felt a sudden familiar breeze and continued.
"Kokushibou - dono~ why don't you just eat her?"
Glancing back to rainbow eyes, he frowns standing up straight. "I prefer.. to be..neat."
Gaining a whine in return, he walks away from the Upper Two and rests his hand on the handle of his blade. He can feel Douma following him until his hand touches his shoulder. "I believe we should go see what Akaza-dono is up to, or should I call him senpai~?"
"Or you could just fuck off entirely and never see me again."
A demon with blue stripes along him is seen leaning against a tree, with an apparent scowl on his face.
"Oh, Akaza-senpai~! Have you also wanted to see Kokushibo-dono~?" Akaza huffed and look towards Douma, crossing his arms. "No, I was following you. Heard you were gonna ruin someone's day and I wanted to make sure it wasn't some girl from over here."
Kokushibou never felt any feelings towards them. Neither one. Even worse with the rest of the Uppers. He respected Akaza, as he would spar with him on a day-to-day basis. He had to tolerate Douma as it would seem he can't do anything to him. Although, that never seemed to stop the Upper Moon Three.
"You know you could be much stronger if you ate them. Probably even stronger than me~! But then again you'll always be stuck in third—" his voice was cut short by a blow to the head, half of it flying to the other side of Kokushibou. Instantly, Kokushibou furrowed his non-existent eyebrows and looked at Akaza menacingly. Another growl came from the fighter and walked toward Kokushibo while Douma regenerates with a smile on his face. "Anyways, I'm not sure if you got the message but he wants us back at the infinity castle in 10. Not sure if you feel the same but he's been quiet lately..?"
Now that Kokushibou thought about it, Lord Muzan hasn't given out any orders for the past two weeks. Perhaps that's why Douma can't do anything but terrorize women and bully his associates. He was sort of intimidated by the fact that Muzan wants them all so suddenly. He didn't question it though. "Very well." Walking away from his mess and Akaza's—all three start walking to the certain location that Nakime takes them from.
