The Broken Crystal (Hiatus)

Chapter 1

"Moon!" Her father yelled as he walked forward, Aurora and Porsha next to him.
She saw Porsha looking around with a smile.

Aurora saw a koala slowly back away while her father screamed at him, "you're set designs are a disgrace!" He growled. What do you mean? They're perfect!
"What?" The koala said in fear.

Jimmy then started to laugh, "I'm just messing with you! Where's your sense of humor?" He joked. Aurora rolled her eyes and stared at the floor.

The white wolf patted the koala on the head while he laughed nervously, "Anyway-" Jimmy continued, "these are my daughters Porsha and Aurora." He gestured to both of them, then started doing something on his phone.

"Hey." Her sister greeted pulling up her sunglasses.

Aurora looked up from the floor, "hi." She said, nervously waving.

"Nice to meet you Porsha and Aurora." Buster sounded sounded nervous to greet Porsha, but he must have noticed that Aurora was nervous because he glanced at her with a comforting smile.

"They want to meet Calloway. Big fans aren't you girls?" Jimmy informed.
The purple wolf's eyes widened, Calloway? As in Clay Calloway?

"Oh my goodness I'm like so into vintage right now!" Porsha exclaimed, showing off her shirt. Yeah I don't think that's what he meant.

"So where is he?" Jimmy asked Buster expectantly.

She saw the koala nervously look down at his phone, "uh well-" Aurora could tell just by the look in his eyes that Moon was just making up an excuse. "I-I'm not expecting Clay on set just yet." He added quickly.

"I mean-" He was cut off by Porsha.

"Wait is this like a Sky-Fi show?" She asked looking around the set.

Aurora took a step forward, "don't you mean Sci-Fi?" She corrected her.

"Yeah yeah whatever." The blue and white wolf said dismissively waving her paw.

"Yeah I guess it is." Moon told her.

"Oh my goodness Aurora and I love Sky-Fi!" The wolf exclaimed, putting her paws together while looking around in admiration. Aurora by then had walked over to stand next her.

"Mr. Moon! We're ready on the tower!" Someone informed Buster. Aurora looked up to see a tower with a diving board that was as high as the ceiling, "oh thank you Sasha." The koala thanked, looking back down at his phone.

Buster turned around to face Jimmy, "we're uh we're going to rehearse Mr. Crystal so-"

"Yeah you go ahead and do you're rehearsing thing, go go go." He informed looking at the snack table.

"Playback!" Buster instructed pointed to a booth. Aurora suddenly heard the melody of music feel her ears, her tail swished back and forth to the beat.

"Is Mommy going to jump off that ledge?" She heard a piglet ask Buster.

"Yes yes, she is." Moon replied which caused all the piglets to awe.

If you want it take it. I should have said it before try to hide it, fake it I can't pretend anymore.

Aurora saw a pig walk across the ledge with ease, her blue and yellow eye lit up; this is so exciting!

She saw the pig's eyes go wide with fear before she collapsed on her knees and started breathing heavily. Aurora's eyes widened in concern; I hope she's ok. She saw Buster frantically gallop over to the lift and over to Rosita. Aurora glanced over at Porsha, her sister was eyeing the diving board, "psst Aurora." The blue wolf whispered in her ear. The purple wolf turned her head to show her sister she had her full attention, "I'm going to go up there and show them what I can do". She told her proudly. Aurora eyed her sister in surprise, "but Porsha-". The blue wolf didn't wait for her purple furred sister to respond, instead she climbed up to the top to follow Buster. Aurora pinned her ears back against her head, why doesn't she ever listen to me? She felt someone tug on her skirt, she looked down to her left to see Jerry looking up at her, "you seemed lonely, so I came to stand next to her". The cat told her with a smile. The wolf's ears perked back up as she smiled down at him.

"Daddy! He won't let me jump!" Her sister's voice caused Aurora to look up to see her blue furred sister angrily pointing at Buster while holding the straps, "come on, let her do the thing." Jimmy replied from the snack table. Porsha let out a 'yay!' Before she jumped off the diving board, she glided gracefully around the set, "I love it!" She exclaimed. "It's easy!" Out of the corner of her eye Aurora saw Buster helping Rosita down, "oh my goodness you guys! This is exactly like the dream I had last night". The blue wolf informed before she landed on one of the planets, "seriously you were all there! And you and you, and that funny looking guy over there, all of you!" She began the point at basically all of the animals that were present, "and you asked me to sing for yuh". She said, pointing at Buster who by them had reached the bottom with Rosita, he did? "I did?" He asked awkwardly.

"Yeah and so I was like-" Porsha cleared her throat before she dove off the model planet and began to sing.

This girl is on fire! This girl is on fire! She's walking on fire. This girl is on fire!

Jerry started clapping and so did Aurora, she then stopped and looked away sadly, I wish I had your confidence, Sis. She wanted to sing she really did, but there was always something holding her back. Porsha lowered herself to the ground to sit down, she had a proud smile on her face. "Well, that's a lovely dream you had there Porsha". Buster told her as he paced over next to her with Rosita behind him, "but now I know what the dream meant yeah." The blue wolf grabbed the helmet from Rosita, "she's afraid, she'll never be able to play the part; and I'm young and I'm not afraid at all". She put the helmet on her head. Aurora decided that she wanted to take a look around and avoid the current argument that was going on. She turned away and walked in the opposite direction, she took a minute to observe the models of each planet, she was amazed at how detailed each model was.

What I would give to be in this show. She wanted to be in the show, she could easily ask Buster if she could have a part in it but she felt that something was holding her back. The truth is, she was scared of how the others would react, especially Porsha. Would her sister be happy to know that her own sister could sing or mad that Aurora could potentially steal her spotlight. A sigh escaped her lips before she turned around to continue her tour.
