Backstory: Tokuro was the son of a neglectful father named Yamato Zankoku a.k.a. Kamen Rider Glaive, he was neglected so much that he ran away from him. He was found by a man named Daiki Kaito, who took him in and trained him to become Kamen Rider Diend. He gained a bit of his personality and started taking treasures from different worlds like him, but if it's something important to the person, he won't steal it. He went dimension hopping and got a couple of girls. So if there's a treasure which catches his eyes, he won't hesitate to take it.
