(Tokuro and his group are seen walking around Kuoh Town until he sees a citizen running away.)
Tokuro: It looks like someone is up to no good.
Vaggie: Indeed. (points at someone) Look.
(Then they see a stray devil.)
Tokuro: (pulls out a card) I'll deal with him. (inserts the card on his driver) Henshin!
Diendriver: Kamen Ride: Diend!
(Tokuro becomes Diend and shoots the stray devil.)
S. Devil: You've got some nerve to save such a puny human.
Diend: That's why I live.
S. Devil: And who the hell are you?
Diend: I'm just a passing through Kamen Rider. Remember that!
S. Devil: I'll kill you now!
(The stray devil charges at Diend, who dodges his attack, and then shoots him again. Then the devil charges at him again, but Diend pulls out another card and inserts it on his Diendriver)
Diendriver: Attack Ride: Invisible!
(Then Diend becomes invisible, rendering the devil confused until he feels a strong punch in the gut, and then a kick in his back.)
S. Devil: YOU ASKED FOR IT!
(Then the stray devil creates a spear and throws it at Tokuro's teammates, but then...)
Diendriver: Attack Ride: Barrier!
(A barrier protects the group as Diend reappears and pulls out another card before inserting it on his Diendriver)
Diendriver: Attack Ride: Blast!
(Then Diend shoots the stray devil with blasts, and then he grabs his neck.)
Blitzo: Watch out!
(Then a spear almost hits Diend, who quickly uses the stray devil as a shield.)
Diend: Okay, who's the wise guy?
(Then a figure with a hat charges at Diend, who punches him away. He tries it again, only to be pinned down.)
Diend: Nice try.
(Then a female figure charges at Diend, who dodges the attack, grabs her wrist and throws her down before kicking the man's balls.)
Diend: Too easy, piece of cake.
(Then the duo gets up and shoot their light spears at him, and in a moment of distraction, Diend gets hit.)
Girls: (worried) TOKURO!
Diend: Ugh...

(Then Rey and Kiva-La are summoned)
Diend: Rey, you get Dohnaseek while Kiva-La will handle Raynare.
(The two Kamen Riders nod as they charge at the two fallen angels who get shocked about Diend knowing their names, and they they barely shield themselves with their spears and have a brief clash with the Kamen Riders as their attacks collide. Then Rey and Kiva-La slash, but the two fallen angels move out of the way, only for Diend to punch Dohnaseek in the chin and Kiva-La kicks Raynare twice, and then slams her in the ground. Then Diend pulls another card.)
Diendriver: Attack Ride: Cross-Attack!
(Then Diend shoots some homing blasts which hit the two fallen angels while Rey slashes Dohnaseek's leg off.)
Dohnaseek: Aaaargh! You bitch!
Diend: Okay, now it's time to finish this.
(Then Diend pulls out another card and inserts it on his Diendriver)
Diendriver: Final Attack Ride: D-D-D-Diend!
(Then Diend shoots a blast which pulverizes both Raynare and Dohnaseek.)
Diend: They're finished.
(Then Diend and his group walk away without looking at the citizens cheering for the Kamen Rider nor a certain group watching over them.)
Kiba: So this is Diend.
Issei: I can't believe he beat my ex and her buddy.
Rias: I must admit he looks very promising. (pulls out a chess piece) Perhaps I could add him to my peerage.
Koneko: You are crazy, president? He's a treasure hunter, a phantom thief.
Asia: Koneko's got a point.
Rias: No matter. Akeno, keep an eye on this Diend guy and his group.
Akeno: Yes, president.
(Then Akeno flies after them, not knowing she's making the greatest mistake of her life.)
