Apologize

I went out to the south east side of LA right where Compton meets LA. I found some Mexican markets and decided to stop by the flea market.

I have never seen a flea market so cramped, this one vender was selling arty stuff, earrings, clay makings.

"Hey, how much are these?" I asked the tall blonde girl.

"5 bunks." She said.

"Great!" I bought them. "Hey do you know any hang out places around here. I just moved here and I'm not familiar with this place."

"Omg welcome to California! Here let me add you on Snap," She seemed to be a very cheery person which is definitely what I needed. I missed Candy so much. "I'm closing today at 2 so I'll snap you later if you wanna hang out."

"Amazing you are a life saver!" I waved bye and continued on my therapy session.

It was noon or so and I bought everything I needed for dinner. I check back in the house. Today NSB had a rest day. Mainly because of the morning, they didn't know I was cooking for them just yet.

I placed everything in the fridge and worked on marinating the meat. It was oddly quiet. Maybe they were outside. They are still super awkward with me but I can't blame them. It's only been a few hours.

After putting the meat away and washing my hands I went outside to find them playing a basketball game.

"Hey guys, do you have any allergies?! I just wanna make sure so I don't bring stuff home that could make y'all sick." I yelled.

"No, I don't but I'm sure Kane is the only one that can't have dairy." Seb replied.

"Okay thank you.." I at least had to pretend I didn't know them.

"Sebastian" he replied.

"Hey we need one more player so it's even, so do you how to play?" Oliver was nervous.

"Bet, let me change my shoes I'll be back." I ran as soon as I got into the house. My stuff is still packed but I changed my blouse to a tshirt and put on some high tops. I wanna make a good impression so it's not so awkward.

I ran outside ready to play. "You'll be on my team" Reige pulled my attention.

After a quick introduction to everyone, we played. For an hour. I was on offense and Oliver was trying to block me. Right before the buzzer (our alarm) I faded him and shot making it into the basket right as the timer went off.

"Yeah i was going easy on you." Oli said sarcastically. "YOU CANT BEAT THE BEATER" he yelled right night. We all giggled.

"Yeah okay bro." I said as my teammates just screaming in joy. "Thank you guys for letting me play but I have to go catch up with someone. I'll be back soon tho I have a surprise for y'all."

I grabbed my phone after they said bye and again ran up to my room and got re dressed and to head out to see London, the vendor.

She was able to fade me? I'm hurt. The boys made fun of me once she ran off. She is starting to get on my nerves.

London and I became friends very quickly. She lived for social media and she wanted to be a manager for someone big. I just told her that I moved her to edit for someone kind of like a freelancer. I was happy that she didn't press too much about me really. We visited a city block mall located in Little Tokyo. We got some boba and crystals.

"Thank you for showing this place to me. I have to get back to my company let's link soon." I tell her as we both walk to the same car garage.

"Yes of course I love hanging out with you!" London gave me a side hug goodbye and we split.

Once I got home I quickly got to work I heard everyone screaming and laughing. Walking passed them I missed my family and friends. I know that I have been here for a day but it's a hard change especially because everyone was so nervous around me. I wish they were to treat me like I wasn't so strange.

After sometime of cooking the sides, like beans, rice and tortillas. I cooked the meat and the kitchen filled with a delicious aroma. Ty popped his head in.

"It smells good whatcha making." He slowly creeped in.

"It's just carne asada. To me food bring people together and hopefully you'll be more accepting of me." I said to him. "Maybe at least for the next month."

"I will good grab everyone to sit at the table okay?" I nodded my head yes. I was almost finished with the meat.

"DAMN THAT SMELLS GOOD!" I hear Darren yell. I can hear a group shuffling over to the dinner table.

"Oh snap does Hero know how to cook?" Ryan finally spoke.

"I'm not a chef but a definite foodie." I smile at them. I can see the hunger for meat. Welp they don't call themselves meatheads for no reason.

Now at the table, "hey guys I made y'all something mainly to say sorry that I am causing some problems while being here. And to please accept me for this month!" I faced the guys. "Please dig in"

Justin moved to the side and told Kane to move a little bit too. "Aye Hero come eat with us!"

"Yeah you made so come with us," Reige said.

"Thanks." I pulled up a chair. I heard the ums as they eat the food.

"Bro you need to teach me how to cook this." Darren said.

"Darren is also a cook you know. You guys could probably exchange recipes or something." Seb added.

"I'm glad you like it." They started to talk about random stuff and just laughed along with them. I noticed that Oliver was sitting across from me. I know he is the most anxious of the group. I chunked that to being the leader. I wonder why he was so upset earlier. Who is bothering him?

They thanked me and wished me a goodnight before getting up and leaving the table. They put their dishes in the sink and left for the night.

After cleaning up a bit I got ready for bed and knocked out. It was a long ass day and I was happy it was over.

In the morning I finished setting up my video equipment and my computer so when I got video files I could get to work quickly. I got a message from Ty.

"Hey one of the media boys got way to drunk last night I need you to come and help us film."
