I woke up from my phone ringing. I rolled over and slammed my hand down on the night stand, picking up the phone. "Hey Uncle James everything alright?" I asked with a yawn. "Oh yeah yeah everything is fine Tony wanted to know if you would stop by for a little, He misses you." I giggled and shook my head. "Yeah uh give me like an hour and I'll be over can't wait to see you guys." "Alright see you soon." I hung up and crawled out of bed. I got in the shower and stood under the water for a little. I shaved my legs and made sure I was clean and smelled good. I got out and sat down on my bed trying to remember the last time I had seen Tony and the gang.
I got up off my bed and pulled clothes out of my dresser taking over 20 minutes trying to find an outfit. I threw on a tank top and a black pair of skinny jeans with holes. I threw on my black boots and threw on some makeup. I grabbed my red jean jacket out of the closet and threw it on. I grabbed my purse and threw my phone in it. I ran downstairs throwing clothes everywhere in my roommates room trying to find my car keys.
"TARA GET UP I NEED MY FUCKING KEYS!" "Chill out asshole they are on the counter in the kitchen. NOW GET OUT OF MY ROOM I'M TRYING TO SLEEP!" "Whatever if you can't hang them back up don't use my car." I shouted slamming the door behind me. I looked around the kitchen and didn't see them. "They aren't here Tara get your ass out of fucking bed now, I'm late!" She got out of bed and walked out looking around. "Yeah they aren't here." She said looking at me. "Well no shit dipshit." I said rolling my eyes. "I'll just take my bike find them before I come home or I'm going to kill you."
I grabbed my purse and my bike keys. I walked out the front door and into the garage. I threw my helmet on and got on my bike. I started it up and threw my sunglasses on. "I'll see you later tell Nat I said hi, sneak some pics of her while your there." Tara said smiling. "I'll see you soon. I love you." I smiled as I turned around and took off. I pulled up to the compound parking my bike out front and grabbing my purse. As I walked in all the memories came flooding back into my mind. I looked around the corner and saw Tony on the cams. I walked down to the lab and smiled.
I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around him. He turned around with a smile. "How's my little girl?" He asked smiling. "Hey now I'm not little anymore you know. I'm 23 now." I said smiling. "Yeah I know. The last time I saw you." "I was 18 yeah, but I'm back and better then ever." He smiled and kissed my forehead. "You here to stay?" He asked with a smile. I could see in his eyes he was worried about me leaving him again. "I missed the city so I moved here with Tara so yeah for a little bit."
He smiled and threw his arms around me. "You know I think Steve is in the kitchen I think that he would love to see you." I smiled and shook my head. "I don't know Tony we left things well..." "Trust me." He smiled. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and took off for the kitchen. I turned the corner and saw him sitting there just like he was when I left. I set my purse on the counter and walked over to the fridge. I slammed a cup on the counter and smiled. He looked up for a slip second. "Oh hey Eve." He said looking back down at his book.
He quickly looked over at me and smiled. "Eve!" He said smiling. "Hiya cap." I said smiling. "Long time." He shook his head and wrapped his arms around me. "I'm sensing you missed me a little?" He put you down and smiled. "Yeah maybe a little." He looked me up and down. "What are you looking at mister?" I turned around and smiled. "NAT!" I ran over and gave her a big hug. She smiled as I pulled away. "It's been a long time and time has definitely been good to you hasn't it?" I smiled and rolled my eyes. "I look the same as I did when I saw you last." She smiled.
I sat down on the couch and listened to everyone's stories and told some of mine. "So Eve how was back packing across Europe?" I smiled and shook my head. "Well it was definitely something. I met the love of my life there. Well who I thought was the love of my life. He and I were inseparable it was like something out of a movie until I caught him in bed with his best friend." They all looked at me. "Don't get me wrong I'm so happy for him and I definitely had my suspicions but it still hurt. 6 months of what I thought was amazing just turned out to be fake for him. He said he didn't mean to hurt me and didn't know until it just happened one night when Tara and I were out and about." Steve looked at me. "Wow." He said. I shook my head and smiled. "I guess I should've known when he kept checking men out when we were in public but I'm seriously happy he's happy."
