03- Do I have to?

I woke up to an alarm, and i usually just get up. I open my eyes to see an familiar ceiling. I jolt up to notice a room. All my memories from last night came an I wished it was a nightmare. I turned off the alarm, and my roommate pressed snooze. I just grabbed my book and climbed down the ladder. I opened my closet to put my book back. And took a minute to stretch, my roommate on the other hand was still asleep. I climb back to my bed to make it. Leaving my cat on the bed, i slide down and went downstairs to grab my list of chores. I was in charge of dusting, and wiping the counters. Not as much as the other kids but that was because I'm younger then them. I went up to a caretaker so i could tric- i mean ask for help.

I went slow so they won't give my more work, so it took an hour and a quarter. I grabbed my uniform and a towel quickly, I see my roommate no longer in bed. I walk towards the bathrooms and um, let's skip this part.

I finished showering and getting dressed so went back to my room to grab a bag with stuff that i need and cat. i walked downstairs to get some food, they had toast BB&J's. I took it and grabbed my notes on where the school is. I had the cat in my shirt so I could hold it and eat.

Once I got to the school, a kid walked up to me. "hey kid where are your parents? Are you lost?" They can't see my uniform cuz I'm holding kitty, but i move kitty and show the kid my school ID. "Oh, are you the new kid?" I nod my head. "Uh well then ill bring you to the principal." I followed the kid struggling a little to follow their pace. Once they stop I crashed into their legs. "Oh sorry about that. Do you want me to carry you?" I nod my head, an i see we only made it the the front entrance. Welp I'm doomed. This time I pay attention, and analyze the school layout. It was simpler then expected. "Here we are." They took my off their shoulder, and knocked on the door. We heard a come in so the kid opened the door, "new student, Mr. Principal." The kid then walked away. "Oh well isn't it the prodigy. Welcome." Said the principal, I didn't really know how to answer so I just introduced myself. "Hello, I'm Rin Kai Mr. Principal." He nodded his head and handed me my schedule with a map. I slowly looked up at him, "last time you couldn't find the exit, with signs. Can't get the new student lost now could I?" There was a small pause of silence before I said too words, "thank you." Once I was excused I went to class.

-2 hours later-

This class is boring, uh class A i think it was. Im tired, an its not like im learning anything important so I fell asleep.

I woke up to the bell and headed to lunch, with kitty of course. I needed a place that's, quite. So mission acquired! Once out of the building i go on the hunt.

In the end i found a forest behind the school, so i headed there. It looks like no one dares to enter so it's perfect!

Once a good distance away from the school i climbed up a tree, kitty in my shirt. I left my bag in class, so anyway. I spent the entire lunch break smoking a cigarette.

Little did i know when i got back the teacher realized almost immediately, along with sleeping in class i got sent to class 3-E.

Sorry that took forever, I'm actually thinking of putting it all together from this point on and calling it prologue, maybe... should I?
