"that's you," he shows her a chimpanzee making her roll her eyes. it's been 15 minutes since they walked, watching the animals together.

aeri feels like she is in a different world. never thought she will be happy by watching an animal. correction, watching an animal with heeseung. she had never been to the zoo before. never interest, to be honest.

they both stopped in front of the glass wall where there's a tiger inside. aeri's eyes sparkling when she saw the tigers. "it looks like cats," she giggled.

then she looked at heeseung who was busy adoring the tigers. tch, says the one who's going to the zoo without telling her yesterday. now he acted like he just went here for the first time.

"can we feed the tigers tho?" aeri asked. it's not out of the box since she got here in the zoo for free because heeseung will be started practically here soon. so he's using a free pass for both of them.

"yes if we were zookeepers," heeseung answered only hearing aeri scoff. not wasting a second, she focuses back on the tigers. she also read some information that was written on every animal's places. without her knowing, she got a lot of new information about animals.

"what animals are you scared of the most?" heeseung suddenly asked on their way to see the next animals.

aeri thinks a little bit before answering, "snakes? scorpion? all of the exotic animals, i guess," she answered as heeseung smirked in silences.

"LEE HEESEUNG!" she shouted once she could feel a snake touch her neck. heeseung on the other side just laughed at her reaction.

she held heeseung's hand tightly, her eyes close not wanting to watch the snake. she almost felt because her legs became weak.

"please, i can't do this anymore," she said holding her tears. "take the snake off her," heeseung asked as the zookeeper do what he said.

aeri let go of his hand and walked away from exotic animals place with mad faces written on her face. heeseung also followed her from behind, he doesn't want to make her madder so he just keeps quiet.

after about six animals they watched, aeri still doesn't speak anything to him. she wants to ask him to take her a picture with some animals but instead, she just took some selfies.

"let's buy waffles," heeseung said. without any reply, heeseung took her hand and walked to the waffles shop.

they both buy the same flavors as heeseung ordered for her. she didn't say she wants but heeseung still buys it for her.

the next animal is the elephant. again, aeri took a picture and read the fact but she sighed. heeseung heard that he went closer to her and "are you bored?"

"who said?! i'm just... i don't understand how you could stand those facts about the animal. it's just so confusing!" heeseung laughed at her.

"aeri, please jump!" he suddenly said making aeri frown.

"oh, come on–"

"i said jump!" heeseung asked once again, she watched there were not many people surrounding them so she did as heeseung asked. this might sound dumb, she doesn't even know what she does.

heeseung chuckled as he patted her head, "good things you can jump, i almost thought you were an elephant," aeri frowned at his statement. why the fck he's making a joke that only zoology understands to him.

"what do you mean?"

"elephant is the only animal that can't jump. luckily my wife can," heeseung said while laughing received a glare from aeri as she walked away toward the place she have been waiting for.

panda!

well, the panda's exhibition is in the building. it's special for them because they need to stay in a cold place. the building keeps them cold by out on the air-cond.

"ARK! PANDAS!" aeri jumped like a kid watching by other people there but who cares.

heeseung could only laugh. watching her changing her mood from being so grumpy grandma to excited little kid. "they're so cute!" aeri pouted adoring the pandas from afar.

"they are so big than the panda i watched on tv, i wonder how it's feels getting hugged by them!" she said almost shouting.

and suddenly she could feel a warm hug from her back. she lost her words as her eyes couldn't focus on the pandas anymore. she can't even breathe properly but everything needs to keep it cool. "hee, what you doing?!" she said half-whispered.

"let's pretend i'm a panda today," heeseung said still not letting her go. she could see heeseung from her side, his eyes on the pandas but his arms still on her waist.

at this moment, aeri does not care anymore about the pandas. she wants to scream out loud, letting the butterflies on her tummy out but she can't. she is trapped in heeseung's arm, and she wishes they'll forever be stuck like this.

"are you still mad at me?" he asked putting his chin on her shoulder but still focusing on pandas in front of them.

aeri doesn't move her head. she froze but keep stealing a glare toward heeseung's perfect face. "yeah,"

"i'm sorry. but the snake seems to like you tho...." he said.

"not funny tho," - aeri

"okay, okay. i'm sorry, i mean it. here i give you what panda's hug for real," he said hugging you tightly in public. you could see some people started to 'aww' and some people showing their disgusted faces.

she doesn't want to push heeseung away although she feels something different with heeseung today. he is different.

"we can't entry exotic animals place anymore, i haven't seen all animals over there yet," she pouted as heeseung let go of her and turn her around to face him.

he laughed. "how many times do i need to remind you i'm going to do my practice here. you can visit here anytime you like and i'll be your guide," every word from heeseung's mouth now, does not seem like heeseung at all.

"it's your fault for running away," heeseung continued. aeri playfully slapped his shoulder but then she laughed.

"your fault for forcing me to touch the snake but end up putting it on my neck!" she spoke as she hold heeseung hand. oh god dang, where does she gain that much confidence? she's the one who's become a shy shy btchess just now.

they end up visiting some more animals like zebra, giraffe, hippo. not gonna lie, aeri had fun more than before she's mad. maybe because heeseung talked and laughed much at her.

he even help her take a picture without being asked by aeri. compliment her based on her posing. heeseung also explained to her better about animal facts instead of letting her read that boring information.

aeri is still being aeri. she is still stuck and confused, how do science students hold this fact. it's too much. but that does not matter. she could hear heeseung explain about the whole world and even astronomy just to hear his playful voices.

without them knowing, their love inside each other slowly grew wider. they don't admit it but they do notice it.
