*Fresh Start*

I woke up to my alarm, blaring in my ears. I picked it up off the dresser and tossed it at the wall, it shattered. "dammit. Cassey that was the fourth one this month," said Ashely as she stuck her head into my door. I shrugged and rolled over in my bed. "Oh no you don't get the hell up" Ashely said as she came and jumped on me. I groaned and tried to shake her off, it was hard with my legs being wrapped in the blanket, but not impossible. I flipped her over and we landed on the floor with me straddling her. "That's kind of hot" I looked over at the door and saw my other roommate Dylan standing there, intensely stating at us. And that's when I realized I slept in just a tank top and some panties. I jumped up really fast and wrapped my lower body in the blanket. Dylan walked into my room and help Ashely to her feet, and pulled her to him and kissed her softly. I looked away slightly jealous. I use to have the biggest crush on Dylan, that all ended when he found out Ashely was his mate. "James said were heading out, get dressed will you Cass" Dylan said, I nodded and kicked them out of my room. I sighed and quickly got in the shower, I used my strawberry vanilla body wash and shampoo. I stepped out and wrapped my body in a big white fluffy towel, I let my hair dry naturally. I put on a black bra with white polka dots with matching panties. I stood there looking through my closet trying to find something to wear, I settled on some grey sweat pants and a black t-shirt, knowing it wouldn't be staying on any way. "Come on Cassey" I heard James calling me from down stairs. I ran out the room shutting the door on my way out. James, Ashely and Dylan were standing at the bottom of the stairs waiting for me. "let's go" I said. We walked out of the abandoned mansion we call a pack house. "Car or run?" Dylan asked. James said "run", everyone shifted except for me, I looked around at everyone, Ashley's wolf was small and brown with a dark underbelly, Dylan's wolf was slightly bigger than Ashley's and was a dark grey with a white circle around his left eye, James wolf was the biggest and was a deep black. "where are we going" I asked, no one answered me. "Shift" James said through the Mindlink, James being our make shift alpha, it was really hard to resist his order, but I did it. "where are we going?" I said again. James looked at me and growled his lips pulling back ,showing his canines. Ashely looked as if she seemed to be deciding something. she sighed through the Mindlink, then she said something that made my world crumble around me. " The alpha from the next pack over came over today, he said that all un-Mated females be sent to his pack house." I felt the breath leave me in a second. I took a step back, "why would the alpha of the midnight moon pack want a rogue mate, he does know I'm a rogue right? Besides you guys know that I don't want a mate." Dylan whined a little and pawed at the ground, I didn't know what he wanted and I wasn't about to ask him. I felt kind of betrayed, I know that I was a rogue I didn't have a real pack, but I counted them as my family, and they hurt me. They were just like the pack that I had run away from, they didn't even have the decensy to tell me what was going on. James looked at me, his eyes pleading." you know it's not like that Cass" he said. I shook my head, I could feel the tears building in my eyes, I knew I was slightly over reacting but I couldn't find it in me to care. I ran away as fast as I could, I stopped stripped my clothes off and then tied them to my ankle with a leather rope. I shifted and ran again, I didn't hear them coming after me, and I didn't stop running until I reached a clearing a far enough distance away from the house. There was a small lake in the clearing, I walked towards it and slowly sipped the fresh water. "We should have let them explain" my wolf chiffon said. I ignored her and continued to drink. "well look at what we have her" I jumped up and growled at the man that was standing there in the the mouth of the clearing. he put his hands up kind of like he was surrendering. "what are you doing on our land?" My ears flattened out against my skull, I was scared now, if I wasn't on the territory that the rogues claimed, then I was on the midnight moon territory. That was something to be scared of, their alpha was a ruthless killer, who would do anything to get what he wants. "oh the pup looks scared" the man said, I waked behind a tree so that I could shift and change back into my clothes, when I came back from behind the tree there was three other men. "oh look boys we got a pretty one, the alpha is going to have a great time with you" the first one said. I shuddered  and when I tried to speak, the brown haired man on my left, jumped and smacked me straight across the face. I flew back and hit my head on a tree, I cried out and lifted my hand to touch my head, when I pulled back my hand was red. The blond hair man came up to me and kicked me couple of time in my side, I knew that would bruise later. The last thing I remember is seeing a foot make contact with my face, and then everything went black.
