This quirk can turn izuku into a fox with all the common abilities and fox ears and tails, additionally, he has 3 different cyber functions. Each function has its unique use and their drawback
first function glitch
this allows the Izuku body to turn their body into pixels to ether teleport a short distance in the direction they are moving or plan to move. also if he is experiencing extreme emotions such as fear or anxiety take or extreme anger his body while pixelate at times as if he were using his glitch. He'll discover another way to use the pixels later on (basically vanellope from wreck it Ralph)

second function Hack
passive: upon activation basic knowledge of hacking is implanted into izukus brain, this also makes it easier to learn more technical knowledge.
izuku can make a digital keyboard appear in front of him which he can use to hack any and every electronic device can see. (basically Sombra from overwatch)

third function computer Archive
allows izuku to convert information he learns into data, which can be stored on his summonable digital supercomputer, enabling the izuku to gain access to previously stored information. Izuku can transfer information to other people by creating links with people(which cannot be broken unless izuku wills it to)which makes a holographic computer screen appear inside of said person's head which allows izuku to send the information to them through verbal telepathy or said information to appear on their mental screen.

drawbacks:
The first functions drawback is called static, which is what happens when izuku uses glitch too long his body will be coated in Tv static which will progressively burn and shock his body until he sits and rests
The second function drawback is izuku Wille gets a headache the more he uses each without resting.
