Bennett knight in training for the favounius castle in mondstat.

2nd month of training, 13th barrack.

Early morning, Tuesday, freetime/breakfast

I wrote... This all feels so strange. It's almost ominous, i mean I'm just writing this down for when i come back victorus.

I came here to prove i am a good knight! I am worthy. I'll prove it.

As previously mentioned it is Tuesday. I overheard some.....chat... About me. Something regarding "i wasn't good enough, that i was unlucky." For me this is normal. And so to prove I'm good enough, I'm chasing down the beast that haunts this forest. They say only the bravest and most courageous knight can draw the beasts blood.

I am now waiting in the woods, trying to spot it.

I heard a rustle in a nearby bush, then the snap of a twig in the opposite direction.

"W-Whos there?!" i shouted. A stupid reaction but i thought it might have been another knight trying to scare me.

But then i looked behind me i something jumped, pinning me to the ground. It wasn't a beast, or a knight, but... A boy?

He growled, his nails dug into my skin. I winced at the slight pain. Immediately, his grip loosened on me. And as he sit staring at me, his eyes seemed to examine me. Then finally he spoke

" You...not wolf?" he tilted his head, looking confused.

My heart was racing, but i had to be brave, i had to be.. " Y-yeah- My name's bennett, what's yours?" i asked trying my best to get information from him.

He did not respond for a considerable amount of time "wolves... do not have names..." he replied slowly.

"Oh.. I see.. What could i call you then?" i asked Inquisitivly. Judging by his previous answer i came to the conclusion he may think of himself as a wolf. Even to go so far as to say he was raised by wolves.

He looked at me with piercing eyes and tan skin... "razor...." he said " razor.... Was looking for food... For pack... Just me now... thought you were pack."

And against my best judgment i felt an attraction to him. Like fate had brought us together. I kept looking him over, taking in all his features.

Then i noticed the scars covering his body.

Ones that looked deep, others thin. What could have given him all these marks? I thought as i lifted a hand to touch a prominent scar on his face. Noticing my gesture, he pulled back.

" Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to be rude." i apologized, feeling very stupid that i would randomly touch this guy i just met.

" mm." he grunted "Come. Razor hungry." and he got up from where we had been sitting and walked into the deep forest. Then as i laid still in shock he turned back to me. Waiting for me. Realizing he was in fact going to wait for me i gathered all the things i had brought and followed him quickly.

Nervously i followed him deeper into the forest "Say? Where are we going?"

" Home." he said in his raspy voice. And as we went on for a while he started to pick up speed. Then our walk turned into a jog, then a run. Until he abruptly stopped in his tracks, coming upon a mountain side littered with caves and a pack of wolves inhabiting the area.
