Special containment procedures:--SCP-7430 is to be kept in a 4m by 4m by 4m cell, completely sealed so no particles of SCP-7430 get out.-- SCP-7430 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell on site ██, completely sealed so no particles of SCP-7430 can escape in the case SCP-7430 has a panic attack. All ventilation openings in the cell must have a special filter to prevent any particles of 7430 of escaping. SCP-7430 is allowed to spend time at the cafeteria between 1pm and 5pm, as long as it is using a special collar designed to inject 7430 with tranquilizers in case its adrenaline levels get too high, and is to be accompanied by a guard and a psychologist at all times while out of its cell. SCP-7430 is NOT allowed to drink more than just 1 cup of coffee per day seen that it heightens its anxiety levels. In case of a containment breach staff is to be evacuated and a level 3 or up staff member dressed in full hazmat suit is to be sent to calm down the creature and bring it back to its containment cell and all the air in the places were 7430 passed by is to be filtered and the environment, sterilized. Anyone present during the containment breach has to go through a medical check-up.
Description: --SCP-7430 is an anomalous cloud of unidentified substances, that are highly toxic to all forms of life. The thing seems to be half-sentient, acting mostly on instinct and attacking anyone who comes near it.-- SCP-7430 takes the form of a 19-year-old human male, who prefers to be called Virgil, and has dark circles around its eyes, while in its docile state. Whenever 7430's anxiety levels are too high (during anxiety/panic attacks) the creature turns into a dark cloud composed of a mixture of dirt, unidentified particles, particles of ashes that appear to be residues of burned fabric, and an unidentified gas, of which all the unidentified substances seem to be highly toxic to all forms of life (beings like plants and unicellular microbes being less affected when compared to animals and humans but still suffering some kind of injury), and while in that state, the creature acts on a "fight or flight" instinct, fleeing or fighting against anything that scares it. Coming into contact with SCP-7430 wile in it's "anxious" state, as well as touching the dark circles under its eyes while in its docile state, can cause various health problems such as medium to severe breathing problems, lung cancer, medium to severe cerebral damage, medium to severe skin irritation, medium to severe eye irritation, long lasting or permanent blindness, immediate death of the cells that come into direct contact with the components of the "cloud" witch, leaves a black scar resembling a lightning bolt on the skin. If SCP-7430 passes directly through a subject who's not wearing proper protection, while in its anxious state, the subject will die immediately duo to the fact that all the subject's cells die upon coming into contact with the creature.
