When I got to Charlie's house, I parked my bike on the side of the road and made my way to the front door, ringing the doorbell.

"Coming!" I hear a lady's voice call out from the other side of the door.

Few seconds later, the door opened, showing a lady, probably his mom.

"Hi. Can I help you?" She asked with a smile as she gives me a look at my wardrobe.

"I'm Y/n White. I'm here to see Charlie," I greeted with a smile as I held my hand out for her to shake.

"Oh. I didn't know Charlie was going to have a friend over. Charlie!" She said with a smile as she turned her head and yelled out Charlie's name.

"Charlie!" She yelled once more, before looking back at me. "I'm sorry. He must be on his drums. Why don't you come in?" She asked as she opens the door for me to come in.

"Thank you. You have a very nice house Mrs. Delgado," I say with a smile as I look around the house.

"Thank you. Charlie's probably down in the basement. I'll go get him," she said as I shook my head.

"I'll go, Mrs. Delgado. You were probably busy before I got here and I probably interrupted you," I say as she smiles at me.

"Oh okay. The basement is down the hall, to the right," she said as she pointed to where the basement is.

I made my way towards the basement, the sound of drums getting louder and louder.

Before you know it, I found Charlie in the middle of the room, playing his drums with his back towards me.

"Charlie!" I yell, trying to get his attention but it didn't work.

I silently smirked and dug inside my purse to take out my wallet.

I looked at my wallet and aimed it at his head before throwing it, making him stop his drumming, holding his head.

He turns his head, his eyes widening as he sees me.

"Y/n! How did you get here?" He asks, nervously as I smiled.

"Your mom told me where the basement is," I said as he nods his head.

"So... Are you going to show me some techniques or...." I said, nervously.

"Oh yeah, of course," he said as I made my way to a nearby seat, setting my purse down.

I silently smiled and watched Charlie play his drums and there were sometimes that I would show him some of my techniques as well.

The next day, we were walking out of the elevator with the others.

"Well, this is it, guys,"
"Our last rehearsal," Mo and Stella said as we all walked down the stairs.

"Guys, I can't believe the Halloween Bash is tomorrow night,"
"And Rising Star in a few weeks," Wen and Charlie said as I stop to see Olivia dozing off.

The others seem to notice that Olivia and I weren't following and turned around as well.

"Are you okay?" I ask Olivia as she looks at us with a nervous smile.

"Fine, fine. I'm totally fine," she said as I rolled my eyes.

"We're all nervous, Olivia,"
"Try terrified," Charlie and Mo said as I grabbed Olivia's hand and brought her down the stairs.

"Hey, come on, you guys, we're gonna be great. In fact, I think I know just the thing to make us feel better," Stella said with a smile.

"Lemonade!" We all said with a smile but stopped to see that the Lemonade vending machine has a sign that said 'Scheduled for Removal' on it.

I was with Olivia and Mo in the library, and I was studying but I noticed that Mo was giving me a playful smirk.

"So... Olivia told me about your date with Charlie," she said as I look up to see her, giving me a knowing smile.

I rolled my eyes and looked at Mo and Olivia.

"It wasn't a date. He just showed me some of his techniques on the drums," I said as Mo and Olivia give me a look.

"What?"

"We know you like Charlie," Olivia said as I nervously laugh.

"Whaaat? Where did you hear that because that is not true," I said in a high-pitched voice.

"Come on, Y/n. Don't lie. I read your diary," Olivia said as I give her a look.

"You what?!" I yelled as I stood up from my chair, earning looks from the other students and possibly the librarian.

I sat back down with a nervous smile and gave them a look.

"Okay fine, I like Charlie. So what? It's not like he likes me too," I mumbled as I went back to studying.

"Please. Have you seen the looks he has been giving you at practice?" Mo asked with a smile as Olivia nods her head in agreement.

"Yeah. I've noticed that and I'm pretty sure Wen and Stella noticed it too," Olivia said as I roll my eyes.

"Whatever. Just don't tell anyone what I just told you. Especially Charlie," I said, pointing to both of them as they raised their hands in surrender before we all went back to studying.

Tonight, was the Halloween Bash and i was with Olivia in the bathroom, trying to cheer her up.

"Come on, Olivia. You're going to do great," I said as I stood in front of the stall, she was in.

"No, I won't Y/n and you know how I feel about these things," she said as I looked down.

"Yeah but think of it this way. I can't go out there without you," I said as I now hear running footsteps.

I turn my head to see the others running in.

"What's going on?" Stella asked as she realizes the situation.

"Olivia has stage fright and she won't go up there. I tried to make her feel better, but nothing is working," I said as I stood back to let Stella and the others try and help.

"How you are feeling, Olivia?" Wen asked, resting his arm on the stall.

"I'm great. Super," she said as everybody sighed in relief.

"But it's probably not the best idea for me to actually go out there. You know, physically,"

"Olivia, we've rehearsed these songs a million times. We've put everything we have in these songs," Stella said as I looked down, hoping that would help.

"I know, and I'm scared," She whispered.

"Look, we're all scared," Wen said as he turned around to see Stella holding cans of lemonade around her waist.

Wen grabbed it and put it over her stall to give it to Olivia.

"Look, we believe in you, okay?" Wen said as we hear Olivia drinking out of the can.

She opens the door as we all look at her, hoping she will go out there.

"I'm ready," she said as we all cheered. I hugged Olivia before heading out of the bathroom to perform.
