❝ how would whitty react to reader being corrupted? ❞

– he would most likely be devastated.

– his lover/friend (whatever you wanna be called, since some of you are platonically into whitty and some are romantically into whitty) had been turned into some corrupted husk.

– it was like he could barely recognize you anymore.  there was black goop all over you. you were glitching and saying things he wasn't capable of knowing what they meant.

– when boyfriend and pibby managed to get him away from you to not get him caught in the icky goop, he had felt like something was just ripped away from him.

– someone who he cherished the most was now gone. there wasn't any 'y/n' anymore, only a body that once possessed the soul of y/n was there, lurking around.

– when he encountered more glitched people, he had thought about it.

– what if he joined the rest?

– what if he could finally see you again? just at least one last time. just to hear your laugh and see your smile again.

– but he knew it wasn't what you would've wanted. atleast, he thinks. he re-assures himself to calm down, and to just run away.

– maybe, just maybe, you and the rest could be cured. but if there were to never be any way to save you,

– he would always watch your glitched body from afar. this would be the only way he knew 'you' were safe.
