They're madly in love with each other. And the fact is, they're mad by themselves to each other too.

Jeongguk decides to get back home early. Because he has to cook. For Taehyung. Yes. He was feeling guilty since morning for not cooking something for Taehyung. Specially when he clearly knows his boyfriend doesn't know cooking. It has always been his job to cook for them & he loves feeding his baby.
But what happened today didn't happen like that before. So Jeongguk goes home early for normalizing the atmosphere out a bit.
Besides, he is feeling quite relaxed meeting Yeonjun today after a hectic day he spent. The boy is really cute. They haven't had a chance to talk peacefully ever since their first encounter & such a huge chaos. But today when Yeonjun approached him to have a coffee, apologizing for the last time saying he is leaving with his boyfriend Soobin to Canada, Jeongguk couldn't say No.
And the boy seemed really ashamed of what he did that day out of teenage hormones, also asking Taehyung's forgiveness really melted his heart. If it happened any other normal day, Jeongguk himself would bring Taehyung with him there to sort out things between Yeonjun & him.
But today... Uh huh.
Not gonna happen.
Jeongguk enters the apartment and sees 2 empty cups of instant noodles are on the floor. Taehyung munching some choco pies sitting on the couch with some books and his notepad. He notices Taehyung doesn't even look at his direction, just working on his own.
Jeongguk sighs. He freshen ups, goes kitchen to cook. He makes his best dish Bulgogi & Jjajangmyeon which are apparently his boyfie's favourites too. Jeongguk makes them a lot intentionally because he knows Taehyung must be really hungry that's why he has been eating those snacks from evening.
The smell of those delicious foods attack straight to Taehyung's nose. But he doesn't bother. His mind is in somewhere else, more like someone else. He's over thinking (literally)
Jeongguk waits for Taehyung side eyeing at his lover who's still reading, little hoping that he will come to eat forgetting everything. But when it passes 20 more minutes, he sighs, getting the point. Taehyung will eat after Jeongguk (Jeongguk thought).
So he starts eating. He eats a little than usual. Because he thinks Taehyung must be really hungry, so he needs a lot food. (How considerate :(
Little did he knew...
After dinner he goes to their bed and Taehyung is on washroom. He lays down on bed's one side corner leaving a lot space for Taehyung & scrolls down newsfeed, internally waiting for his lover's arrival. After sometimes Taehyung comes wearing heavy sweat costumes which is quite not suitable to the weather.

Jeongguk keeps on side eyeing at him confusingly. Taehyung shuts off the notepad, closes all books and papers, turns off the lights and does something which they didn't even thought of doing ever in their relationship life.
He brings a blanket from their wardrobe, spreads it on the floor, takes his pillows from bed & lays down on the floor turning his back to his boyfriend.
Jeongguk frowns. Too shocked. What the hell. They fought god knows how many times in their life but never ever they separated their beds. He didn't even touch the foods, not even talking to him.
Jeongguk gulps. An unknown suffocation arises inside his chest. Did Taehyung take his words seriously? Taehyung didn't mean those words right?
He keeps looking at Taehyung's back. Oh how much he wants to throw Taehyung in their bed and kiss the life out of him until they forget everything.
But-
he let his ego win.
They both sleep at that night with a small tear drops in their eyes.
