fuelled by caffeine sarcasm and inappropriate thoughts PT1

do you ever get the feeling almost like time slows down ,well that's what i was feeling at that exact moment , almost like everything stops for a second , my breathing slows , heart rate increases as i cant seem to tare away my eyes from the figure infront of me.

as the figure infront of me looks up our eyes connect ,so many emotions fill me in that moment, so many thoughts i cant decipher but i only feel anger as the seconds tick by. 

one foot infront of the other , breathing slow so i don't pass out i speed up, gathering all my pent up anger and strength in me  i shove my hands into fives chest as hard as i could but not enough to brake any bones, i watch as he gets thrown through the air like a rag doll before spatial jumping behind me, i let tears fill my eyes as i don't turn around i hear a small voice in my head whisper "I'm sorry " before its gone and five walks into the house to the kitchen to start making our infamous peanut butter and marshmallow sandwich. 

all my siblings start walking back to the house to get answers off of five as i stay outside in the damp cold for another few minutes but i don't really mind as Klaus and ben stayed behind to keep me company.

"17 years" i catch the end of Luther's sentence as me Klaus and well benny boy but they don't know that walk in, five spatial jumps behind me to get to the fridge giving me a small smile as he goes past but i cant reciprocate it just yet "its been a lot longer than that" five snaps back at Luther.

" i haven't missed that" Luther mumbles.

as five starts making the sandwich,sliding over half to me knowing it was also my favourite as he had gotten me into them years ago.

i take it with a polite nod and a small smile, 'jeez eight could you have been anymore awkward stop fooling around acting shy and show them the crazy bitch there use to ' i thought to myself as i put on my signature smirk .

"where'd you go" Diego asks what has been on everyone's mind. 

" the future , its shit by the way !" five states matter of factly 

"called it " Klaus shouts looking at me expectantly 

" shit man really we were like 10 ."

"no don't give those eyes Klaus. aghhhhhh you son of a bitch" i shout nearer the end of my sentence as i slap a 20 dollar note in his hand as he grins wildly.

five and the others chuckling amusedly, as i huffed and stuffed the rest of the sandwich in my mouth.

"i should of listened to the old man. you know, jumping through space is one thing, jumping through time is a toss of the dice." he turned away from the window to face klaus as i said "told you so" to five through my mind, him giving me a small playful side glare as i smirk in his direction.

"nice dress." he commented, only just realising what he had on , it was mine from the rare occasions we snuck out to get normal clothes and i came back with a dark blue long skirt.

"Oh well danke! " Klaus gained a blush as he  twirls it a bit.

i snorted at the fact he looked better in it than me , but i had a nicer ass in it than him so take that klaus, i was snapped out my day dream by vanyas question and being the smart arse i am answered for him.

"isn't it obvious he had to project his consciousness forward into a suspended quantum state version of his shitty self that exists across every possible instance of time" i stated smugly as they all stared at me , five smiling a little.

"what i like to read!" i said with an Innocent shrug 

"that makes no sense"

" it would if you had been able to finish our version of preschool  dumbass" i barked out a laugh at the end as Diego got up to lunge at me even though he knows im joking about.

"how long were you there" luther asks.

"29 years, give or take." five replied 

"so what are you saying?, that your 58" Allison asked.

"no his mind or in fives broody words would say consciousness is 58 but apparently his body is 16 again. he must of got his equations off when trying to get back here." i replied getting tired of the conversation now.

five gave me a grateful smile ,there it is again those damn butterflies are back, darn you five for making me have feelings.

"wait how does that even work" Diego asked struggling to get his head around the entire thing 

"like Em said the equations must of been off eh bet Delores is laughing now" he said again, jealousy at hearing he had someone else to help him through the apocalypse, a bitter feeling spreading through me as i start to zone out in my own wee world.

  

i came to as Allison called out to five as he starts to walk away ," that's it? that's all you have to say" , " what else's is there to say , the circle of life " he reply's leaving the Kitching as i stumble to my feet and walk out after him calling his nickname i gave him when we were younger.

   " fi wait up " as i jog to catch up with him as i am a wee bit smaller than him only standing at 4,11 but i can be deadly ;).

he stops and looks at me with his head tilted looking like a lost puppy as i stand infront of him.

"what's up love" he says softly as i look up at him .

"im sorry for earlier shithead but to be honest you deserved it for breaking your promise but can we please catch up, be like how we use to be , me and you against the world , i missed you if you must know even though that sounds soppy as anything ."  stepping forward hesitantly and giving him a small hug now knowing for sure that he's really here .

" yeah , we can get some decent coffee later at Griddy's if you want after the funeral and i will explain everything to u later i promise don't worry i plan on keeping it this time" as he gives me a kiss on top of my head making me blush and look down.

"okay" i whisper as he heads up to get changed and cleaned up , giving me time to think on everything that's happened so far today.
