Firstly wear old flip flops for adequate injury and excuse.
Heels will hurt very much and may kead ti breakage.

Secondly get a house with stairs and live on the top floor.
Excuses are expensive.
You can also seek public staircases like malls, institutions, etc for optimal effect.

Thirdly Be Distracted.
When someone shouts your name from downstairs, come rushing to answer them because you have anxiety and can't keep anyone waiting or screaming your name.
(Try acting it out if you are normally functional)

Fourthly whilst you are running in the stairs there are many ways to fall;
1. You can twist your ankle and fall rest of the way.
2. You can miss a step and fall haphazardly rest of the way
3. You can slip on a step and fall slippingly rest of the way.
4. When you are using the railing by the stairs to support your glide down the stairs, your hand can slip then you clumsily fall rest of the way.

Fifthly make sure to have a witness for your final event only so they can exaggerate your injury but not your embarrassing fall.
