Y/N and Camilo were best friends since kindergarten. They were known as the "trouble couple" in the village. Right now the 8 years old boy ran after the 7 years old girl, both giggling and laughing uncontrollabely ,,You'll never catch me Camilo!" she laughed while she ran away from him. He laughed too ,,Oh of course I will mariposa~" he said, picking up his pace and shapeshiftet into an larger guy with longer legs. Now he was faster and caught her. He shifted back to his true form and both of them fell down onto the floor, she in his arms. Both of them looked at each other into the eyes, then bursting out laughing ,,Well, you indeed caught me Camilo" Y/N laughed and he laughed with her ,,Told you so~" he answered in a sing sang voice. After this day Y/N found out from her mother, that they were going to move away. Away from the Encanto, away from her best friend. Little Y/N was so sad and didn't want to leave at all, but sadly had no choice. At the day were she was going to leave, Camilo and her hugged each other tightly, crying into each others shoulders ,,I don't want to leave you Camilo...I really don't want to" she sniffled ,,I know mariposa, I know" he replied and pulled away to look her into her eyes ,,I will wait for you every day, until your coming back. I promise. Until then, keep this, it's my gift for you" with that he gave her his poncho (A/N: Let's pretend he have more than just one of his yellow ponchos okay? XD), and put it on her. She smiled and hugged him once again before she let go and walked away with her mother, waving him until she couldn't see him anymore. 

~ Present ~

~ Your POV ~

I made it. I finally arrived inEncanto. It was a long trip but I made it! It's been seven years since I was here the last time. Every day, I thought about my best friend Camilo, I missed him so much. But I keep questioned myself if hes even remembering me. Well we will see. I also wear his poncho he gave me on the day were I left. I made the poncho bigger thanks to my knitting skills. I walked through the village and looked around. Everything looked the same as it did all these years ago which made me smile a bit. I saw kids running around, laughing or adults decorating the houses with flowers. I remember how my mother loved to make flowercrowns for me, and even for Camilo when we lived here. I smiled sadly at the thought of my mom. She died because she got very sick and I miss her dearly. I snapped out of my thoughts when someone tapped me on my shoulder which made me to turn around. There stood a red haired women who wore a yellow- orange dress and sun earrings. I recognized her immediately, she seemed to recognize me aswell ,,Y- Y/N? Is that you?" she asked shocked. I smiled ,,Hola señora Peppa. It's very nice to see you again" I greeted her. A big and happy smile formed on her lips, a rainbow above her head aswell when she pulled me into a tight and loving hug, which I returned ,,Oh it's so good to see you again mi amor. I've missed you a lot. I recognized mi hijos poncho which you're wearing immediately! He gave it to you on the day you left. He will be so happy to see you again!" she said and pulled away, her hands on my shoulder ,,He still remembers me?" I asked a little bit shocked and she laughed ,,Of course he remembers you! He waits for your return every single day. And he also goes to yours and his favourite place were both of you used to play almost every day! Come I take you to him, he will be so happy!" and with that she took my hand and walked with me to la casita madrigal. We walked into the magic house and she let go of my hand ,,Mi hijo! Come down! Here is someone for you!" she called for him and looked at me with a smile when a door was opened and closed again. I looked up at the second floor were all the rooms from the others were and saw a boy with hazel eyes, curly dark brown hair, fragiles on his face. He wore the same poncho I wore and I recognized him as soon as my eyes landed on him. ,,Who is i-" he started but when he looked at me, his eyes went wide and he gasped. His mouth was open and shock was written in his face. I giggled ,,Hola Camilo. It's...been a while" I greeted him with a small smile. He didn't answer but sprinted over to the stairs, sprinting those down and as soon as he reached me, he tackled me into a bone-crushing, I hugged him back. We hugged each other for several minutes, no one said a word and Peppa left us alone. As we pulled away, there was a big smile on Camilo's face and tears in his eyes ,,I've missed you so much mariposa. I knew you would come back some day" he admited and I smiled back ,,I've missed you just as much as you missed me. I never stopped thinking about you, never" I replied. He let out a happy laugh when he grabbed me at my waist and spun around which made me laugh too. After he let me down again he pressed his forehead against mine, smiling like an idiot ,,This time I won't let you leave again. You're staying here with me got it?" he decided which made me laugh again ,,Yeah okay I will stay. But I thought you forgot about me. I mean, we didn't see each other for seven years" I mentioned and he chuckled ,,I told you I'll wait for you. I promised it. And what do I do when I promise something?" he asked playfully ,,You keep it" I answered and his smile widened a bit ,,Yep! I also promised to love you and make sure you will be my girlfriend when we were younger, remember?" he reminded me and smirked like an maniac and playfully evil which made me giggle ,,You're lucky that I always wanted to be your girlfriend Camilo Madrigal" I replied and he chuckled, then kissed me on the lips. I kissed back immediately, both of us smiling into the kiss. But we pulled away when we heard the "flash" of a camera and looked to the left, there stood Mirabel with a camera in her hands, grinning at us evilly. Then she ran away ,,MIRABEL COME BACK HERE ASAP!!! GIVE ME THAT FRICKING CAMERA!!!!" Camilo called chased after her and I burst out laughing when I heard him, yelling ,,OH YOU'RE SO DEAD MI PRIMO!!!". That was definitely the best day of my life.
