"Summer passed, then autumn arrived, winter and- I- I don't know why... I'm explaining the months to you" Izuku picked up a leaf off of Inkos grave. "It's been a year since you died. I've accepted it but it doesn't mean I'm not hurting. Hurting physically and emotionally, I should add. I'm still Spider-Man- if that makes this conversation anymore sweet than bitter. Heck I've got the suit on but I don't have my mask on... This whole thing has been tough ever since the beginning.
I've been fighting bad guys, more and more have been popping up lately. I don't know why. Izuku smiles at his mothers grave. "I know you're freaking out right now, he took a deep breath to make his heart stop hurting for this moment to mock her concerns she would have if she was still alive. "Zuzu! People can hear you and see you, they'll know your secret!" A soft chuckle passed his lips.
"Don't worry mom, I buried you on the hill we own.. Private property. People can't come up here." He play- whispered to the grave as if he was telling Inko a very silly secret. "The cabin you were building.. It's still here, still unfinished. But I promise, I'll finish it, I know where you put the blueprints. And I-" "A fire has broken out at Sunnycare Daycare." A news announcement interrupted him. "Well, that's my cue, I'll see you later mom. I love you.."
