This was the end of Nora Karalis, she had grown old over the years and had not done much to fill it. Her time was spent pleasing her parents with the goals she had set for herself. She was an outstanding character in general compared to her siblings that goofed off and was on her own with most of the responsibilities, but those memories are in the past and there was nothing left for her future. She laid there in the mists of her memory, reminiscing to herself and forgot who stood before her. The remainder of her family stood there in front of her bed, waiting patiently for her last words. The silence filled the room quickly. Her younger brother and sister were on the brink of tears threatening to fall by the sight of her in her terrible state. The sight of Nora's father was not to be seen in the entire room when he died before Nora had reach the age of twenty. The silence was intoxicating, Mrs.Karalis drew in a long breath as she saw Nora faintly moved her lips as these words left her mouth, "I will miss you all very m-much... please take care of yourselves and I love you all " as she took her last breath. Mrs.Karalis bursted into a crying mess and gripped herself to the cold, lifeless body of her eldest child. Nora's sister and aunt had help her gather herself together and calm her down. Everyone had left the room so that Nora's body could be at peace until the funeral directors come to claim the body. What her family did not know was that as her existen disappeared a new one began. Nora felt her body being lift off her bed and slowly decreased to a cold bed. She felt a soft cool, breeze on her cheeks and could smell the aroma of flowers, as she slowly opened her eyes, she saw the bright white light in her eyes. The scene before her was a white room with a lot of hospital equipment and the cool air came from a air conditioner. As she rose from her bed, she noticed a little boy sleeping in a chair beside her bed with flowers in his hand. She looked around the room to get a better view of her surroundings. She had noticed that her hands while looking around the room, her hands no longer had any wrinkles on them. She saw an open door leading to the bathroom. When she entered the bathroom, she was astonished to see that she had no wrinkles, her eyes had gained back their radiate amber color and not the dull color they had become over the years, and her hair not longer thin and straight, it was back to its beautiful long soft curls with its light golden brown color. The white room cold and quiet. The cool, soft air sent a shiver down her spine. This scene was so unreal that Nora had to rethink everything that happened to her. "How did I get here?, "how did I become this young?", and "didn't I die?", these were all the question buzzing around her head. She had to take this into consideration of what had happened to her, she remembered the look of her family's face as she laid on her death bed, but she mostly remembered the face of her beloved mother moaning for her lost child. Nora had never lived her life to the fullest as what she done was to please her parents and not herself. She was too petrified and shocked to think of anything. Nora had later noticed that she was wearing a plain white medical gown, that felt very uncomfortable with the back open and all. She wonder why she was here when she died a few moments ago, as the silence carved its way into the atmosphere. She stood there as her mind had to deal with the excessive amounts of fright with this unusual event until a voice said "Madam Aileen, you're awake. This is great news, Lord Dennis and Mistress Eleanor will be relieved that you have awake" said the little boy as he took her hand, "who was this Aileen person?" she had wondered as she pulled her hand away from the little boy. She stared at this unknown boy as he had a look of sadness on his face. The clock ticked by extremely slow, it had taken a while for her to speak, "Who are you?" were the words that left her mouth. The room felt small as she stood there trying not to make eye contact with the boy. The door slowly opened as a man, woman, and girl entered the room with total shock painted on their face. The woman set her eyes on Nora as she went to hug her. "Chadwick, why didn't you tell us Aileen had awaken?" said the woman who held Nora close to her breast with anger glittering in her eyes. "My apologies Madam Eleanor" replied Chadwick with a look of remorse on his face. "Aileen; honey, do you remember us. We're your parents" said the woman. "We came to check on you" said a tall man that looked down on Nora. The doctor enter the room to see what the commotion was about. The doctor was surprised that Aileen had awaken so soon, he then excused everyone out of the room to check her condition to see if there were any problems. She sat there quietly in her bed while the doctor fiddled with the white cold looking equipment. The doctor then gently place a needle into her hand that was connected to a hospital drip that had a bag filled with a strange colored fluid. As the strange fluid made its way into her veins, the room started to shake and she couldn't hear the sound of boots making there way to her room. The doctor whirled around to see men dressed in white enter the room with their guns aimed at the doctor. One man stepped forward while his lips faintly with no words coming out. The doctor raised his hands slowly, but then made a run for the window. The room felt bone chilling cool as she watched a red-electric current passed through the doctor's head spotting him leaving his body limp on the floor. Her heart beat slowed as everything went black with the events replaying in her head.
