Isabella had been dancing for some years now. She had also attended a short dance academy at Laine Performing Arts. Bella graduated from the short course in dance. This was also where she was spotted by some talent scouts at the show that they produce at the end of the short course.
Alan and Tom attended of course, after what happened at Bella's first dance recital, they didn't want a repeat of the time running up to it.
During the years, Bella also became a solo singing artist. With the permission of Sir Elton John, I'm Still Standing became Bella's first solo no1 hit. This then became her anthem. She also battled through teen cancer and has been cancer free for a couple of years.
Well, it was a month after the Laine dance show, that Bella received a phone call at home. It was for her to attend an audition. As she was just turning 18 In three weeks, she didn't need any permission as the job was to take place after she was 18.
She kept this away from her dad, Tom and her friends from school and dance classes. The only people she told was Sophie as she asked for a lift to the audition which she agreed and her dance teacher who was supporting her student to the max.
Whilst she was dancing under the Sampson Academy, she had gone on to perform in heats of a big dance competition at the age of 16. She became the youngest girl to become Miss Dance of Great Britain 2006. That was her proudest moment when in Blackpool she won. That opened the doors for her, and she attended dance seminars across the country. Also, she found time to record another song. It released and made it to no3 in the top 40 charts.
This was all well and good, but what she was auditioning for was her dream since the first day she went to dance classes. To perform in a show.
Alan was sat down at the breakfast bar sipping his morning coffee whilst reading the paper. His ex-wife was remarrying a man 10 years her junior. He shrugged his shoulders and moved onto the next page. A page dedicated to his daughter. Her life accomplishments. How did the newspaper manage to get a hold of this? Him and Bella kept their lives away from the media.
'Isabella Marie Rickman, age 17 has made it to the big time. Since having a road traffic accident just after the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone premiere she has become a star on her own.
Months after the accident, Rickman,17, went onto dance classes where she became a student of the Sampson Academy for many years and is still currently attending. In the years since, she has done many dance academy shows and has gone on the red-carpet with her father and her current beau, Tom Felton who plays the bad boy in the Harry Potter series, Draco Malfoy.
Also becoming a solo artist at the age of 14 with her first solo song I'm Still Standing and then releasing another single earlier this year, Magic Works. Her own version of the song that was cut from the Goblet of Fire and used as a song for the closing credits.
Rickman also battled cancer for a couple of years in which she is now cancer free. According to sources it was a long battle, but she's still standing.
She became the youngest Miss Dance of Great Britain winner in 2006 in Blackpool.
So, what is next for the girl who is just about to turn 18, well rumours have gone around but nothing truthful has come alight.
We will have to see.'
Alan had finished reading the article about his daughter and threw the paper aside. He finished his morning coffee and then headed to the front door to put on his shoes and coat.
"Isabella, I'm leaving to go to work. I will be back later this evening." Alan called up the stairway.
Bella stood at the top of the stairs in her dancing gear.
"I'm going to be late in as I have to attend another dance seminar at the Pineapple Studios and also, I'm meeting some friends in Covent Garden." Bella mentioned.
"I thought that you and Tom were going out this evening? He has had plans all set up and it's the only time that he has as he's busy filming stunts for the final Potter movie." Alan was getting confused.
"Was that tonight? Oh crap, I'm going to have to cancel." Bella got her phone out and sent a message to Tom to say that she wasn't available tonight as something important had cropped up.
"He's not going to be happy with you. You've both not seen each other in months." Alan mentioned.
"I know. I have my life and he has his career. They always clash. But I'm not really bothered about that now. Talk to you soon dad."
Alan shook his head and then walked out of the front door and saw that Michael was there and Sophie was in her car.
"Sophie, what are you doing here?" Alan asked looking confused.
"Bella asked for a day out, so I said that I was free." Sophie lied to her friend.
"Ah right. See you later." Alan got into the back of his car.
Michael shook his head and then got in.
Bella exited the house and locked it up and ran down the steps and got into the waiting car with Sophie.
"I have just done the worst thing imaginable. I have just lied to your father for the first time in my life. I can't keep covering for you Bella. You will need to tell him as soon as possible. You might be moving away from your dad for a few months if you get this job. He's not going to be happy at all." Sophie told her.
"I don't care Sophie. This is my dream and I want to achieve it."
