The Tide (Pjo/Hp)

Prologue

Remus Lupin with his dirty blonde hair and brown eyes, gazed at the scene in front of him with glazed eyes, His thoughts were on a certain green eyed girl who he was sure was probably getting into some type of trouble without him being there to stop her. Around him his best friends were talking loudly and without a care. His friends who he had made when he had arrived at Hogwarts when he was 12 years old. 

There was James Potter with his unruly black hair and warm hazel eyes hidden behind lopsided circular glasses and Sirius Black with his perfectly styled ebony hair and grey eyes with his famously aristocratic features, then there was Peter Pettigrew with his dark blonde hair and watery blue eyes, always helping everyone. They were a family he had made or more like half of a family he had made, they knew all about his as they liked to call, 'Furry little problem' and they had been successful in turning into animagi during their 5th year to help him during his transformations. 

He looked up just in time to see James and Sirius probably planning a very stupid prank that would get them detention until the summer holidays while Peter sat beside them adding his own titbits. "You'll get detention for this," Remus sighed as he stared at them bored, Sirius flashed him a winning smile winking for effect, "Please, Moony we all know I only get detention because Minnie loves being in my presence. McGonagall who had been by sighed exasperatedly, "No, I do not Mr. Black," Sirius smirked as he shouted after her, "There's no need to pretend Minnie!" 

"Honestly," a sweet voice next to them drawled, "I don't know even know how she the tolerates the both of you." They all turned to see the one and only Lily Evans, the girl who had had a hold on James's heart since the moment he had seen her on the train to Hogwarts in their first year. The redhead had hated him for years and just recently started to slowly become friends with James, of course she and Remus had been good friends for years, a fact which made James pout every single time. "Lily Flower," James called out excitedly as she sat inbetween him and Peter, "It's our charm, Lils," Sirius called out as he smiled at her warmly, "Yeah," Lily scoffed as she turned to look at James and Peter have a contest on who could stuff the most food in their mouths, "Charm."

It was peaceful for a moment as they all sat around laughing, James and Lily subtly flirting which Lily would deny on her life if asked but Remus should have known it was too good to be true because nothing in his life had been peaceful, as a sudden 'BANG' sounded across the room, and smoke filled the great hall. Immediately everyone's hands went for their wands as nothing like this had ever happened at Hogwarts. When the smoke cleared everyone was left confused as the only thing that was there was a stack of DVDs. Slowly, cautiously Dumbledore walked forwards, towards the DVDs before grabbing a piece of paper that had been sitting on top. 

"Dear people at Hogwarts, Don't worry this isn't a threat, I mean you no harm. You are probably wondering what this is, these set of DVDs have the power to join together two very different worlds that is also quite similar. I know that this might seem fishy to you but trust me your going to want to read them. Also some of you may know what is going to happen but I beg you, please don't spoil they need to know this in due time. The great hall will provide you anything you need, food, water, bathrooms etc. Also time has been stopped until you finish the DVDs.
Thank you and enjoy." 

He read out loud, before stopping as everyone looked around in utter bewilderment all except for a certain boy with deep scars running across his face who had gone extremely pale because he knew two worlds that didn't belong together, he belonged to two worlds that didn't go with each other. "Does anyone know what the letter is talking about?" Dumbledore questioned looking around at the students, no one came forward, as Remus hid in the middle of his friends feeling a bit dizzy at the thought of his friends finding out about his lies, "Remus, you alright," Lily questioned, she seemed to be the only one who had seen how anxious he was, though she didn't know why, "I'm bloody brilliant," Remus replied, his voice hoarse.

"Right," Dumbledore sighed before turning to look at McGonagall, "Minerva, If you please," he waved his hands to the room and McGonagall instantly understood what he was gesturing as she started to change their long benches it comfortable sofas and the teacher's table into a humongous muggle movie screen, "Everyone please get comfortable," Dumbledore called out before taking the first DVD into his hand, "We'll be watching 'Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief'." Remus choked as all the Marauders and Lily turned to him in disbelief, they all knew about his secret girlfriend from the summer camp he went to, "Remus isn't that your-----" An oblivious Peter started talking but Remus slapped a hand across his mouth, "Don't say it out loud idiot," he hissed, his hands shook, "You know what this is about," Sirius said as he leaned in excitedly, "I-I might," Remus stuttered before collecting himself, "But I can't tell you anything."

Everyone one of the,m groaned making Dumbledore glance at them in suspicion but he continued to put the DVD in. "Al right," Dumbledore said taking a seat, "Let's start."
