Introduction
Ashley's P.O.V.
I'm Ashley Nicole Pass. I just turned 17 on May 3rd. I live with my single dad and my 16 year old cousin Becca. My dad has been abusive towards me ever since my mother passed away in a plane crash. My cousin Becca just moved in with me just last month in July. My dad hasnt hit, kicked, or cut me ever since she moved in, because we both know that shed call the cops if she ever seen it happen. He will yell harsh things at me when she is gone, but not once has he layed a finger on me this month. I could never bring myself to ever call the cops on him because well he does give me food, clothes, and a roof above my head. Also no matter how bad the abusiveness gets I will always deep down love him, because before my mom died he was the best dad anybody would ever want. He got me whatever I wanted and treated me with love. He hasn't even been home at all this weekend. My guess is he is just staying somewhere getting dead beat drunk. Well as long as he isn't bothering me, I'm perfectly okay with it. I'm kind of glad Becca moved in because he hasn't hit me since but I'm just worried for her safety. Because I know if she offends him in any way he wouldn't hesitate to do anything he'd done to me..
