I was still recovering from temporary paralysis so I was taking my day slow I walked outside and saw Cali Waiting for me "hey sleepy head" she said with a smile I kissed her as we walked to school I was thinking about the creature I looked around and notice all my friends were standing around me Cali looked at me "hey you okay?" I nodded and shifted my feet.

I decided to let my friends talk I walked off school grounds an into the woods I was still processing a lot you know Derek told me and Scott we were already alphas of our own packs now there's a new monster running around I was so in thought I didn't catch the scent right away I turned to see Marie standing behind me with a smile on her face "what are you doing here?" I looked around I can sense Cali I looked at her and told her to follow me we ended up at the Hale house where I turned around too meet Marie's eyes "what're you doing following me In the woods" I looked at her she smiled "just hoping that the soon to be alpha is in good health especially a rare kind of alpha" she laughed I looked at her with a confused look.

"I don't trust you enough to believe you" I turned my back to her then I turn towards her she had this evil smirk on her face then her mouth opened "understandable" she smiled as she walked out the house into the woods I watched her until she disappeared that girl is just plain off I got home and seen Cali laying in my bed through the open window so I came in through the front door. I walked into my room with an angry werewolf girlfriend and I mean angry soon as I turned on the light I caught a right hook to the jaw she broke my jaw if I'm being honest, she glared daggers at me and growled at me "where the hell have you been Elijah?!" She yelled I looked at her with soft eyes and she calmed down and looked at me less angry.

"What happened" I looked at her and then I seen her sniffing the air and I knew this was about go badly I looked at her "oh really?" She started growling I told her what happened her eyes went back to her normal beautiful color and my eyes might be turning soon I thought about Marie's words "especially a rare kind of alpha" what does she mean rare kind of alpha I thought Cali stared at me as I just felt so confused I started sniffing the air someone else was in my room someone I don't know Cali started realizing what I was smelling.

I took a minute to remember the scent it was that creature it's been in my house my eyes started to glow and my fangs started to come out I'm ready this time I went outside Cali right behind me then I hear it hissing it's on the too I see it and it's an actual lizard reptilian skin down on all 4s with a tail then it took off Cali didn't move as if she saw the creature before but I chased after the unknown creature I caught up to it only for it to attack me from behind the fight begins this time I was determined to keep the claws away from me it threw me at the wall I ran up it and flipped I slashed my claws at it chest making a sizable wound it healed as soon as I did it the creature threw me against the pillar then the argents showed up I mean it was some old dude and Allison's father I was watching as the creature stood in front of the old then Scott showed up and I smelled Derek here to I used that as my opportunity to get the hell out of their before the old dude knows who I am. I went back home to Cali laying in my bed sleeping I took my shoes off closed the window and wrapped my arms around Cali while she was sleeping I know she needs it.
