The Full Moon

I was walking to the locker room and I literally was hearing everything like people halfway across the school and all I don't know how but I could smell things that weren't even in the school I shook my head I was sitting at my locker when coach blew his whistle I got up but was shoved back down on the bench by the captain of the team "Kaiden pick your five you're going to be scrimmaging against the bench players and the new kid Elijah welcome to the blue hurricanes son" coach said sarcastically "get your asses on the court let's go!" He yelled. This practice I had no idea what was going on I played hard defense I stole every ball blocked every shot drained every three and my handles were insane coach blew the whistle "time to do eliminations if you score 5 baskets on the person I have you one on one than you make the the starting 5 got it" he said smiling deviously he blew the whistle I was against Kaiden and I'll tell you I was so confused about twenty minutes ago that I didn't even let him breathe when he had the ball I rebounded the ball and drove past all 5 baskets coach blew the whistle and of course Kaiden and his 4 were the first four starters I looked at the list then coach blew his whistle again "alright listen up Julius run 10 laps anyway I want you to welcome Elijah with welcome arms because he's our 5th man for the starting 5 this season you're starting buddy you made the team now go home get some rest" he said.

When I got home my sisters were sitting at the table literally they had so much energy they all were either tapping their feet or hands on the floor and table "what's wrong?" I asked as I looked at all of them confused Kylie stood up "I think I know what bit us last night it would make perfect sense on why everything has been weird today" she said scratching her head "I figured it out already Kylie we were bitten by a wolf think about it we grew up with pet wolves whenever they got lost they howled to us or one another to find each other or us think about it we got bit and then that thing howled only wolves howl when trying to signal its location or if needs help but that Wolf bit us and took off and let's not forget we all had a strange but amazing day" Carmen said just as confused. I sat there putting it together but it was a crazy theory "so you're saying we're part wolf do you hear how crazy that sounds it was just a bite so what we had a little power symptom today but it's over tomorrow we'll be slow as everyone else living normal" I said shaking my head. We walked into the woods looking for the spot we were all bit at "no way we're fine normal maybe we hallucinated I mean we were tired" I said explaining to my sisters then I heard someone else speak "I wouldn't be so sure about normal or hallucination but I know what's happening too you and your not going to like it or believe it but what I do know is you're staying with me tonight when it hits midnight because that's when it'll begin" a girl with long literal white hair dark blue eyes and a devious smile she was at least 19 or 20 as she walked towards this abandoned house she turned to speak to us "my name is Marie by the way no introduction needed I know your family your dad taught me how to get through what you're experiencing" she said with a frown.

Marie was literally beautiful but what troubled me more was with what's wrong with us these abilities and stuff this is all myths there is no werewolves in Florida as I was walking through the abandoned house I looked at the walls this place burned to its core "what happened here?" I asked and Marie frowned "this was my family house my mom and all her siblings and all their kids plus my two sisters it was a big family three years ago before your dad died I was on an important little mission for a little recon for your dad when I smelled burning wood I ran home to find my entire family in the basement burning alive I tried to go save them but your dad saved me from preventing the inevitable my entire family died that day I was the only survivor your dad adopted me as his own so technically I'm your older sister and your theory isn't crazy it's correct you are all wolves you've been bitten by an alpha if it has red eyes that mean it's an alpha it's the most powerful and most dangerous of our kind all of us we're betas your father was a alpha in my family then the alpha that bit you killed him to take that power for himself now he's bitten you and you're all his betas"  she said with an uneasy tone. "I've been hunting this alpha for two years and I couldn't even catch his scent but with you four you can help me but I have too teach you "no you don't because it's not the same alpha that killed their father it's the alpha that killed my sister two weeks ago I'll teach you if you help me find him" he said staring directly at me "who are you?" I asked but somehow the answer plopped in my head him and sister were the only two people to survive the Hale fire 10 years ago him his sister And comatose uncle so if I'm guessing correctly before he could answer I knelt down making my eyes glow my sisters looked at me and then at Derek "you're Derek Hale aren't you" I said and he smiled as he took a knee and looked up at me his eyes glowing blue "yeah I'm Derek and if you want the killings to stop and someday find the alpha that killed your dad I'll teach you four everything their is to controlling your powers especially tonight on a full moon" he said and I walked up and stood behind him " I'll help you catch the alpha no one else deserves to die" I said my sister followed my lead as we left with Derek as soon as we were out of earshot I pulled Derek to the side " I don't trust Marie the whole time she was talking I kept hearing a heart beat it may have been mine racing at all the things that were being thrown at me but she only told the truth on two things my dad being an alpha and my dad being killed by one" I told him Derek looked back at the way we came "that's why I came to get you I caught her scent from a mile away she's the reason her family died in that fire 6 years ago all the way somewhere else in beacon county your dad never found her or anything I knew your dad he was my mothers closest bodyguard but he was her top adviser listen the alpha killed my sister so let's catch the alpha that bit you and find out who he is" he said walking ahead I trailed behind because I could feel the moon hitting it's peak but I wasn't shifting but I felt my urge to kill even more and I finally shifted my sisters were to busy fighting it and then we were all finally wolves on our first full moon all with glowing yellow eyes and all and with that being said I blackout for the rest of the full moon.
