Katie's POV;

I woke up the next morning in Vic's bed. The sun was shining right in my face which made me cringe. I got up, not finding Vic in the room. I shrugged it off and slipped on some pajamas, heading downstairs.

" 'Morning babe." Vic greeted me with a kiss, running up and down the house frantically. "Good morning, why are you in such a rush?"

"We have to leave for a photoshoot in five and the guys are already waiting for me. I have a double too for Warped in AP so I'm in a bit of a rush." He said, biting onto a bagel and grabbing his keys. I frowned,

"I don't even get to see you guys today?" I pouted. "We'll be back in an hour or two. I'll see you later." He promised, giving me one last kiss and heading out the door. I sighed.

First day of us dating and we don't even get to see each other.

I took a deep breath and made some breakfast, hopped in the shower, and got changed.

I slipped on a neon green Anthem Made tank top from Kellin, some dark blue skinny jeans, and my neon orange vans. I threw my hair up in a bun and put on some sunglasses and headed out the door.

My first stop was to Starbucks where I got some coffee and proceeded to head to the flower shop for some flowers.

I took a deep breath as I got in my car and drove to the cemetery.

"I miss you guys so much." I whispered, setting down the flowers on my parent's grave.

I read the tomb stone so many times over and over again;

Rest In Peace

Kathleen Young,

Daughter, Wife, Mother

David Young,

Son, Husband, Father

Katalina Ivory Young, our greatest creation will live on. We love you.

I just sat there and cried, looking at my parents tomb stone. I apologized over and over again so many times.

It should have been me, I know it should have. I should have died in the crash, not them. They needed to make their mark in the world, I didn't have to. My mom was going to finally start her photography business, my dad was just starting up in his culinary occupation. I don't have anything to live for, they did..

"That's a lie." I heard a familiar voice behind me. I turned around to see Vic behind me. I wiped my eyes dry,

"V-Vic, how did you-"

"I figured you would be here." He chuckled and sat down next to me. I sniffled,

"Shouldn't you be at the shoot?" I asked. He nodded, "Yeah, but I left. My girlfriend needs me." He smiled weakly, hugging me tight.

I just broke down in his chest, bawling my eyes out. The while time Vic just held me close, telling me everything would be alright.

"You're not worthless, Katie. Your parents wanted you to be here for a reason, a purpose. YOU are their mark in the world that they left, that's what they wanted. Don't forget it." Vic told me. I smiled,

"Thanks Vic, I'm sorry I'm such a wreck." I chuckled. He frowned, "You're not a wreck, your the opposite of a wreck...whatever the opposite of a wreck is." He laughed. I rolled my eyes,

"Come on, lets head home. We can watch some movies or something...?"

"Can we watch Batman?" I pleaded. He nodded and kissed my head,
