A black Rolls - Royce is running smoothly inside a densed forest. The headlights of the car is falling on the path which is narrow and long looking like a big Anaconda. The tall and thick big trees are standing on both the sides of the way.

The car stopped infront of a old and big palace after half an hour of riding.

A tall and well built man is got down ftom the car. His skin is shining under the moonlight. A spectacular aura is surrounding him.

His eyes are very sharp like panther. He is walking like an emperor who owns this entire world.

The guards opened the huge metal doors of the palace without waiting for his signal. They knew that their boss is very perfectionist.

'Sir...the owner of this palace is waiting for you. He is willing to sale this palace if you agree to buy.' His secretary who is trying to follow his fast pace by holding the documents.

'Hmm' He nodded his head slightly.

'Welcome...Mr. Maheshwari. Good evening. ' an old man around 70years with bald hair is greeted Agasthya.

'Good evening  Mr. Shetty.' He wished back. His voice is very deep and dominating like his aura.

His dark eyes observed the entire palace with one look. It is very clean and  shining with bright lights.

'This palace is belongs to our ancestors. It is nearly 450years old.  We are maintaining very well eventhough we are not staying here. You see....many rich people are eager to buy this palace but iam willing to sell this precious palace to you only.' Mr.shetty told proudly.

Agasthya raised his eyebrows at him...

'Hmm...that's great.'

'But I heared that you are much interested to buy old palaces...may i know the reason behind this...'

'I think that's none of your business Mr. Shetty...selling  your ancient property is in your pocket...buying old palaces and antique pieces are my desire'.he spoke with him arrogantly.

'And one more thing....you said that you are not going to sell this palace to other people those are rich according to you ...i am buying this by hook or crook eventhough you are unwilling to sell this to me.' He bent little bit towards the old man and whispered....

'Hope you know me very well....' an arrogant smirk formed on his thick,rough and pink lips.

A cold shiver ran through Mr. Shetty 's spine. He knows very well about the great 27years old Agasthya Maheshwari who is a big business tycoon in india and world too...who is started ruling this business kingdom at the age of 25years...and mostly he is familiar with his strategies and how he moves the pawns according to him.

'Ahem' that old man cleared his throat after gulping hardly.

'As you say Mr. Maheshwari. I am very lucky to have you as my buyer.'

Agasthya nodded his head...he got up from his place and heading towards his car...

'Finish the deal...the ball should be in our court.'

'Ok sir...will come to your office for your signatures. '

He left his trusted secretary behind him to finish the remaining paper work.

Agasthya reached his mansion...his only family member...his grandmother is waiting for him...he greeted her lovingly...

'Why didn't you sleep dadi (grandmother)...i called you and told that i will be late today.'

'How can i sleep without seeing your charming face Agasthya. Now it is already 11.30 ...go and freshen up...i will serve you dinner.'

'Why are you worrying dadi....where is the staff'

'There are here for 24hrs ...but serving food to my grandson with my hands is totally different. '

He sighed...and shook his head...

'Ok...as you say' he left for his room and had good shower.

'How was your work' Mrs. Annapurna Maheshwari asked Agasthya by caressing his hair.

'It was good'

'Did you buy that palace.'

'Yes' Agasthya told half heartedly.

'Is that one which is...'

'No...'

Annapurna frowned and nodded her head...

'Then why did you buy it Agasthya...you are very intelligent and you know very well how to earn and spend money too'

He also nodded his head while agreeing with his grandmother.

'Then...why...what happened to you Agasthya '

'I don't know Dadi...when i heard about any palace ...i am feeling very different . I...I...just cannot control to myself ...i want to make those palaces to mine.i felt that i conquer them
..But...but...i don't know that when i will buy the real one...which is bothering me in my dreams.'

Annapurna is worrying about her grandson and his dream. She is well aware about his dream....and his aim too...

Where is that palace...

She knows about her grandson that...he has tremendous memory power with extreme IQ...she knows that her son is ruling the business world...but she is worrying about his cold hearted behavior and ruthless manner towards others ...he is very quick and acts like panther when it takes correct decisions at difficult times.

She took a deep breath just want to change the discussion because she knows how Agasthya is struggling to find that palace which is coming in his dreams since past 15years.

'Agasthya...you know my childhood friend Mrs. Rajeswari Dixit. She came to India from abroad.' Annapurna started the conversation while serving food to him in his silver plate.

'Hmm...good...how is she?' Agasthya asked while  offering the first bite to Annapurna with his hands. Annapurna smiled at her grandson and took the bite.

This is thier routine that Annapurna serves food for her grandson with her own hands eventhough they have plenty of maids and servents...Agasthya always offers his first bite to his loving and caring grandmother before he eats it.

'She is fine...today she called me..and asked me to come to Chennai '

Annapurna told him while chewing the food.

'Oh...that's great...i will arrange everything for you...you take Sarada aunty with you.' Agasthya told her softly.

'R u not coming with me'

'No...i cannot .. dadi...i have to go to business trip.'

'Just for this time Agasthya . She...she has a grand daughter.  She is 25yrs old. Her name is Pooja Dixit...so you can meet her too.' she stopped and observing Agasthya's expressions.

'I don't want to marry her.' Agasthya stated without lifted his head.

Annapurna became sad eventhough she already knows his answer. She tried a lot to make him agree for marriage...she is still trying too...

What should i do to make him agree for marriage...where is the girl who melts this iceberg.
