You gave up,after 30 minutes of trying to power on Monty after it took you at least 20 minutes getting him out of that big ass box he was in you finally caved giving up and calling the only person that you thought had any type of knowledge in this situation your best friend if not only friend Vanessa.

"Heey~ Vanesssssa" I could hear a faint sigh on the other end of the phone indicating she probably didn't want this call to last very long.

"You only EVER use that tone when you need or want something from me so what is it now y/n"

You grabbed a nearby stool standing on it, he was far to tall for you to reach his face from where you were.

"Alright where's that button..." you took off his star shaped sunglasses getting a better look at his face i mean he rarely EVER takes them off so you took your sweet time gazing over his features without his sunglasses on.

Cupping his left 'cheek' (idk does he even have a cheek???whatever wattpad logic) you tilted his head admiring his face.

You hadn't seen him in a while and you had never really seen his face well not this up close before.

While you were trapped in your trance looking at his restful state you hadn't noticed that the hand you had on his lift cheek travelled to the very button you had been looking for not to long ago and of course you pushed it meaning you had powered him on good thing right?.

Wrong.

Bad part is you hadn't noticed yourself pushing the button unintentionally so to you he was still powered off hence why you were still so close to his face if he was powered on right now you would at least be 6 feet away from him I mean covid right?

But you would never get another chance to be so up close with him well....that's what you thought anyways.

You took your time looking over the details on his face ones that stood out and caught your attention and ones that you had never really noticed before like uh...how green he was...

Your gaze traveled from his hair down to his restful eyes down to the purple lightning bolt on his nose...then to his lips??(IDK IF HE HAS LIPS OR A CHEEK BUT JUST GO WITH IT) you started recalling the memories from the last time you had seen him,chuckling at yourself at how upset you got when he didn't kiss you and what he said was right you did really want to kiss him in that moment but Monty being Monty knew that and he took advantage of it.

But now you can't stop thinking about it.

Kissing him that is.
