It was the day of the big plan. The big plan to rob a fucking bank and try to not get arrested or killed.
I slipped on my dress and started applying my makeup. I was told to do more than I normally do. I put on foundation, eyeliner, mascara, and my deep red lipstick that I hardly ever wear. I shook my hair between my fingers, letting fall on my shoulders, the long curls flowing down my back. I grabbed the high heels Ashton bought me and made my way downstairs where the rest of them were.
I got to the bottom step and all four of their heads snapped in my direction. Michael let out a low whistle, Luke just stared with wide eyes, Calum scanned his eyes up down my body, and Ashton smirked at me.
I gave a small smile and slipped the shoes on.
"Let's get this over with."
We all hopped in Calum's car. Me in the back next to the window, Ashton sitting between me and Michael.
Michael whipped out his laptop and I watched his tiny little fingers dashed across the keyboard. I looked at the screen and had no idea what was on it. Just a bunch of random numbers and letters. I didn't think you could hack into security camera's when you're not at the bank itself. His eyes darted across the screen, fingers moving at the speed of lightning. I was amazed. Michael seemed like the kid that dropped out half way through school. Who know he was actually a genuis.
"Almost there......got it," he said, cracking his knuckles with a big smile on his face. "Just tell me when and I'll cut them out."
I looked at him with surprise in my eyes. That was quick. I always thought stuff like this was supposed to take hours. Michael can do it in a matter of minutes.
My hands started to shake as I saw us approaching the bank. I rehearsed what I was going to say in my head. Then a thought came into my mind.
"W-what if the guy won't give me the combination? What do I do then?" I said, my voice shaking and nervous.
"Then you're not being flirty enough," Calum said from the driver seat.
"What he wants...y'know...sex?"
"Then you g-"
"Calum, shut up. If he wants anything, it's up to you to decide. I'm not going to say that you have to have sex with him. I would prefer you didn't. But if he won't give you the combination without it and you don't want to, we'll just barge in and take whatever they have behind the counters like we've done before. Not a big deal," Ashton said, putting his hand on my exposed thigh. The new contact sent a surge of electricity through my body. I was suddenly more comfortable despite the situation.
I decided that I would do whatever it took to get into that safe.
We pulled in beside the curb next to the bank. I took in a deep breath, trying to keep my hands from shaking. Suddenly Ashton grabbed both of them and I turned my body slightly in order to face him.
"You're gonna do great. I know this is all new territory for you, but I believe in you, Gemma. You can do it. Just go in there and get that combination and we're gettin' paid tonight, babe."
I smiled and nodded. I started to get out of the car, but Ashton stopped me again.
"Here, I almost forgot." He opened my purse and placed a small gun inside, zipping the bag back up. "Just in case."
I nodded again and got out of the car. Ashton, Luke, and Michael already had a plan on how to get into the bank without anyone seeing them. They put their black beanies on to match their all black outfits and covered the bottom of their faces with a black bandana. All of them wished me luck as I went off to do my part.
