Off to the races.

I found myself in a relationship with an elder man.  Not knowing if I liked him or if I was provided comfort and stability, it still felt great.

I stayed up all night, waiting for this. A car race was taking place here, in Las Vegas. I along side my old man sipped on our drinks waiting for the race to being. He sat with his greyish tattoos on display, his gold dangling and his fingers restless as he sipped on his cognac lilac fumes.

I sat by his side admiring him with the taste of bitter alcohol on the tip of my tongue. It amazed me how he knew every piece of my tar black soul every time he mentioned something. He provided me with love sweet as red jam even though he was a tough man. His love was the opposite of him. His cocaine heart made me warm, he was a light to my life.

As we finished our glasses the race was to it's start. Sitting on his shotgun we were off to the races, the wind blew my hair back as I smiled to the skies. His laugh making me wanna scream out of happiness. This felt like heaven. "Kiss me" I demanded and he provided. Kissing me all over town as he drove the car. As he broke our lips apart I went into a jolt of happiness. Feeling lost would soon come but now I'll enjoy this feeling. It was great. The people watched as we drove further away.

Oh would the Lord let me be this happy again. I took off my heart shaped glasses as we crossed the line. "You are my one true love" he said as I kissed him again with open mouthed kiss.

Feeling the sun over me as the wind blew softly. Gold coins being thrown around. It felt crazy like he was my savior. His smile made me forget about my flat broke-down life. " Keep me forever" I said as I saw the cigarette on his lips looking like a gun. "I'll be your little Starlet Forever" . I prayed for this not to be the last time I felt this happy.I breathed him, he was my air. I'm not afraid to say I'd die without him.

Arriving back at his villa I slipped off of my red dress and white bikini as he watched me in the glass room.  Hopping into the bright blue swimming pool as he watched me with a smile as he sat on his crystals.
