1. He didn't love me
But somedays I pretended
That he did forever.
2. He kissed too hard
And never laughed I miss
How simple things were.
3. Nobody told me about
Boys who lit too many cigarettes
It hurt to kiss him.
4. He was too sad about
Everything and he eventually faded
Into nothing.
5. Nobody told him that
Love felt like ripping open your
Lungs and trying to breathe.
6. I forgot how
To love him at one point, and I
Ended up ruining everything.

What he felt like, and other days
I'm puking up his name.

But he promised to love me

I made homes out of people.

But then you found her

But when I told you I wanted
To kill myself, you did.

Your suicide note that my name
Was splashed against you.
