NO POV

As an inventor for the school of Atlas, Haiyato has always built things non-stop, whether it was for the good of helping others or just to test out if his inventions would work. Most of the time he would get in trouble but now that he is in Atlas and soon moving to Beacon due to his family moving to the city of Vale, he would have to say goodbye to all his friends in Atlas the day after but he wanted to leave Atlas a gift before he left, so canceling his plans he had the day before he decided to work on a machine that would make their General look in awe at it. Without knowing, his friends walked in on his garage, James, Hawthorne, and Lexi. Looking around and seeing a huge tarp on one side of the room, Haiyato managed to finish the machine before any of his friends or students could see what he prepared.

"Hey Haiyato!" Lexi greeted.

"Hi!" Haiyato greeted back warmly.

Looking around James and Hawthorne picked up some of his tools and examined it looking at Haiyato before he raised his hands and chuckles,

"Don't worry, we're friends, you don't need to suspect me as a spy for Salem or any other people" Haiyato said laughing before smirking.

The boys laughed together to what Haiyato said as Lexi walked up to the tarp and looked up at it towering over her.

"Hey, Haiyato? What's this?" She asked tilting her head at the tarp.

Smiling before walking up to her with the other 2 behind, they stood next to the tarp and looked up awkwardly before Haiyato broke the silence.

"This is the  prototype kind of giving Atlas before me and my family move to Vale and I transfer to Beacon" Haiyato said smiling at the tarp.

Saddened by the fact Haiyato is moving to Beacon, Lexi hugged him from behind and snuggled his back.

"We'll miss you Haiyato..." she said sorrowfully.

Smiling at her reaction Haiyato put his arm around her neck and hugged her back before letting her go and rubbing her head making her resist and hiss at his hand smacking it away. Laughing the boys and Lexi all left the garage to continue off with their class. Haiyato looking back into the garage rubbed the hilt of the door with his thumb and smiled.

"Ill miss you my beginning" (Garage) he said before closing the door.

Timeskip to the Goodbye Party

As everyone was in the gym of Atlas, there was tables of food and ballons everywhere with the phrases, "We'll miss you!!" ; "Don't Go!! We'll be nice!!" Some had comedic quotes, and some had sarcastic Phrases. As the crowd walked around and chatted whilst also waving at Haiyato and his parents and bidding them an early farewell. Whilst also pulling out the controller for the new gift he has for Atlas, to surprise them one more time, the said 'Headmaster' General Ironwood of Atlas, came onto stage to say his goodbye speech to Haiyato on behalf of the school.

"Hayaito, you have been the branch of this school with your inventions to protect Atlas, and the people of Mantle. On behalf of this school, this...Academy, we bid you farewell and we will miss you dearly." He said before smiling at Haiyato and giving a small bow.

Returning the bow, Ironwood called Haiyato onto stage to give his speech, but he had a gift for them instead, to help them tremendously.

"H-Hi...I just wanna say-" he siad before getting cut off from the mics feedback 'SSSCREEEEEECCCHHH'. Rubbing his ear before tapping the mic, he continued. "Anyways, I just ant to say, thank you, to all of you to have me at this great Academy, even if I had no Semblance like you great people, I may e an inventor but I will invent anything to fight back the dark, to help my friends..." he said before looking at his group, Lexi, James, and Hawthorne. "The teachers, our headmaster." He said before also looking at Ironwood and the other instructors. "I may be going but I would like to leave a gift for you guys in remembrance of me!"

As the crowd exclaimed and protested about him not needing to gift them anything, he laughed and smiled assuring them. Even General Ironwood disagrees with the gifting but he doesn't voice it. Pulling out his phone he presses one of many buttons. As it was quiet the ground shook, as if something big was walking their way.

"As the inventor of Atlas!! I am proudly and happy to present to you!!" He said with a huge smile on his face. "THE PALADIN!!" Everyone turned be hind them and widened eyes, as well as Ironwood, looking at the Mech that stood behind them, towering over them, 5 times bigger than a regular human. "Built with the toughest steal Atlas had, with the finest tuning to controls, mounted with a 50 cal. minigun and a 100 voltage sniper rifle as well as a AA gun with a rocket launch set."

Staring in shock and awe, the crowd shouted and cheered, seeing the machine whirr and stood up straight and locked in place before shutting down

Staring in shock and awe, the crowd shouted and cheered, seeing the machine whirr and stood up straight and locked in place before shutting down. Walking over to Ironwood, he holds the keys and blue prints to building the machine. Shocked by this hand me down he hesitantly reached for it.

"Haiayato...are you sure?" Ironwood said before hesitantly reaching for the set.

"I'm sure General Ironwood, we need more things likes this..." he said gesturing his head to the Paladin. "to protect the world, and Mantle from the Grimms."

Smiling at his words, Ironwood saluted Haiyato, and without knowing, all the other students as well as his friends were saluting behind him. Turning around he stared heartfelt and smiley. His parents smiled at the sight of Haiyato being respect for the person he is, and how he is for being a good friend to everyone.
