{Recap: 'Blake..?' I hoped in my mind}

I turned around to see, Shane.  I sighed and frowned, wait..? What's wrong with me!?! Blake is just a guy I met, but Shane, he's like my best friend, aside from Emma, that is.  What could make me want Blake to be behind me.. 'He's just a new guy, Julie.'  I told myself.  'You're just going crazy about him because he's new, fresh, and un-like the guys here.' I sighed again, and realized how long I must've been keeping Shane waiting.  'Jules.. Jules, are you there!?! I just said something.' Shane said, a bit frustrated.  'Huh?, sorry, what was that?' 'I was saying hello! Now come here, I missed you this summer!' Shane said, pulling me into a tight hug.  'I felt something between us.. was it.. no, it wasn't a spark, I must've electric shocked him.' I thought to myself as I pushed the thought away.  I focused on Shane, he smelt so good, no, I'm not a creepy stalker, I just loved the way he smelt.  It made me feel warm and safe.  He smelt like axe and mint.. and something I couldn't put my finger on.. like fresh linen, or something.  We embraced a little bit longer than usual, and as we pulled away I caught a glimpse of his gorgeous sea green / bright blue eyes.  Wow.  He looked at me in a way I couldn't understand.. it looked like....

Love.

No.  I pushed the thought away, I'm being silly.  Changing the subject in my head, I asked him a question 'What class do you have next?'  'Uhh... Science, you?' He replied.  I chuckled, 'Me too, c'mon let's walk together!' We walked side by side like usual brushing shoulders, and hands, and the same thing kept running between us, god.  Just. Snap. Out. Of It. I mentally scolded myself.  When we got to class he opened the door,

'After you,' He said.  I laughed and thanked him.  We took our seats next to eachother and started talking about Aliah, the stupid flirt who was throwing herself at Blake, along with her side-kick Danielle.  I scoffed and Shane laughed making some.. comments on them, that I'd rather not repeat.  Blake caught Shane & I sitting together so closly, chatting, and he looked at Shane with.. jelously.. and anger? Wtf? (F for Finchel) And Shane glared at him.  I smacked his arm playfully, 'Hey earth to Shaneee???' He snapped out of it as our teacher came it, and interrupted me.  Darnit.  Mrs. Laurette walked up to the front of the room and smiled, she pretty much just got out of college making her very young, so all the guys looked at her like lions would to a gazelle.  Even Shane.  I mentally giggled and then shook my head and payed attention to Mrs. L, taking notes.  I dropped my pencil and picked it up and caught Shane starring at me.  Wtf? (F is always for Finchel, remember, I don't swear) Okaay.. He looked away and went pink, covering up his cute freckles.  Cute? God whats wrong with me!?!?! The lesson finished and I went to Drama, also with Shane.  We chatted freely until someone came up to us, Blake.  'Hey Julia..' he said, not looking at me, but Shane.  Okaaay? 'Uh huh?' I replied but he didn't pay attention to me, but to Shane.  It was like a mini-battle was going on between them.  Shane grabbed my wrist and pulled me to Drama.  'What was that about?' I asked once we were out of earshot.  'Nothing.' he muttered as we sat in a developing circle in the middle of the Drama room.  The teacher, Ms. Mane came in.  Boy did her name suit her, she had long red hair, and side bangs, and it was very thick hair, too.  Whoa.  We started the lesson and were all laughing and chasing eachother around the stairs in some Drama games/exersizes.  Me, being very clumsy, I slipped and fell back.. until someone caught me and their familiar scent surrounded me, making me shiver un-voluntarilly.  Oh god no.

Lala, sooo here's Chapter 3!! I wrote this baby straight from scratch so it's probably a tad flawed, so I might be fixing and editing it today & tomorrow :P What do you think? I think that I've gotten my drive & inspiration back and I've thought of a new twist that I hadn't originally planned to be in the story, so I think it'll be much better than my original idea! :D So yeah, I like this chapter! Julia finally starts feeling things for Shane.. and Blake.  What will she do, who will she choose, what will happen?
