Thank you very much for showing interest in my work and keeping up with the updates. As you know, I only update 1 chapter a week (usually on Tuesday's – unless I forget). But the chapters tend to be between 2500 – 3000 words. They are quite long I know, which is what I personally prefer as it reads more like a book instead of splitting it into 3 or 4. My question is, do you like this format?
Let me know what you think about the pace and content of the story so far. Since the chapters are quite long and I generally linger in describing thoughts and processes, I always fear that it hinders the pace but at the same time, I do not like it when it is too fast. So your feedback on this would be highly, HIGHLY appreciated!
Some authors would usually let you vote for a ship of the main character but I will not be doing that. Feel free to add in the comments who you would like to end up together and in what type of relationship (friends, siblings, romantic, etc.). Do it for the fun of it!
Just know, that I will not hold a vote or base the relationship developments off of the comments. They will most likely inspire me, but Caroline from the story is very different from the canon, as she has already lived a full life and is more mature. She already experienced love and loss multiple times over so her emotional needs differ from canon. Though I have always been a diehard Klaroline fan, I do not think that the TVD season 2 Klaus is a good fit for our dear Care-bear. Right now, she has other priorities so she will not be romantically linked with anyone anytime soon. Fear not! She will find a fitting partner eventually. She deserves it and well I love LOVE!
Also, how do you like the new cover?
The previous one was actually something I drew once which had been inspired by Villanelle. Still a blond woman, but their personalities are poles apart. LOL
I also checked out my demographics (didn't know that Wattpad had that) and was quite surprised that my most wonderful readers are spread throughout the globe! It is fascinating!
If you are up for it, share something a about your country. Food, sights to see, things that foreigners may not know... I am sure that everyone would be quite curious. I definitely am!
I will start first:
I live in Switzerland and one of the things I love most is the punctuality of public transport as well as the food. I will eat freshly made Älplermagronen with Apfelmus any day. It is a type of Mac and Cheese with Apple pureé. It is freakin' delicious. I encourage you to google a recipe and try it at home!
