Alex knew he would have to work quickly and efficiently to get to Sandra in time, before they sent her to another country or killed her, so he did what he had never thought he would ever do. Meet with Él León. Él León was a rival gang to The Black Claw and was constantly fighting for power with them for the city. Alex, under normal circumstances, would never approach them willingly, but these were far from normal circumstances. Sandra had been taken, and he would do anything to get her back. The only way to contact them, however, was to get their attention. And the only way to do that was to go shoot up one of their fronts and hope they didn't kill him before letting him talk.
So Alex, for the sake of Sandra, started to plan out what to do. He gathered a few supplies; his Beretta, a couple extra clips, and over two grand in cash. He went out to the nearest spot that was controlled by Él León, a gas station about half a mile away called Gas N' Go. As he walked in to it, he pulled out his gun and fired twice in the air. Three employees immediately pulled out sub machine guns and opened fire on him. Diving behind a shelf that held Pringles, he fired another shot at them. Several bags of chips exploded on the shelves as the bullets tore through them. Alex waited until the bullets stopped flying and yelled out "Wait!!! I just want to talk!!!"
"Drop the gun now!!!" one of them yelled back. Alex dropped the gun and kicked it out to them. Slowly, the three men surrounded him, with their guns all pointed at his chest and head and told him to lay on the ground with his hands on his head.
Alex obliged and did everything they told him to do. He put his hands on his head and laid down. Then he saw a movement in the corner of his eye, and everything went black.
