Enid
I woke up in a dark room. I tried squinting my eyes and looking around, nothing.

"Mmmmmm!" Is all I could let out cause my mouth was covered with duct tape.

I tired to squirm out of the room, but the ropes around my wrists and legs are too tight.

I sat on the small chair, trying to find a way to leave the darkness.

Suddenly a bright light came in, like someone opened a door.

"Who are you?" I heard.

My eyes were still adjusting from the sudden burst of light.

"I ASKED WHO YOU ARE!" I heard someone yell. It sounded like a women.

"Mm-mmm!" I said, trying to talk though the sticky tape on my lips.

She groaned and walked over to me. She ripped the tape off my lips, leaving a stinging pain behind.

"Now answer my question!" She demanded.

I stayed quiet. I didn't want to reveal anything to this women.

"Not gonna talk huh?" She smirked. "Maybe your little friend will." She said. she left the room, leaving the door open. I heard shuffling. "uuuuugh!" I heard, as if she were pulling something.

She came back into the room, dragging ambers unconscious body with her.

"AMBER!" I screamed as tears came down my eyes. I tried squirming out of my chair roughly to get her her.

"Now, listen to me and listen to me good." The women said while pulling out a knife. She twirled in her fingers, admiring it. "You will do what I say. You will answer the questions I ask you and answer them truthfully. Or else-"

"Or else what?!" I said through gridded teeth.

She glared at me.

"Or else your little friend Amber here, will die."

I got chills down my spine at the thought of it. Amber. Dead.

"Now that I have you attention." She started. "Who are you?"

"E-enid."

"Enid. Hmmm..." She smirked walking closer to me. "Why are you here?"

"Uh, me and amber w-where looking for supplies."

"Well, you looked for supplies in the wrong house now didn't you?" She laughed.

My breath hitched as she walked over to me slowly.

"Now, one more question." She said, tapping the knife under my chin. "Do you have a group?"

"No" I said truthfully

"Are you telling the truth?"

"Yes"

She walked over to Amber and squatted down next to her.

"....I don't believe you." She said.

She than took her knife and slid it quickly across ambers throat.

She got up quickly and grabbed a baseball bat. She than walked over to me.

I looked up at her with shock and pain.

"Goodnight." She whispered before everything went black once again.
