Ryan Drums x Anthony Veggie stick

What a pretty thing.

Anthony POV:

"Wow nice place"
Ryan says smiling. I look down embarrassed from the compliment.

"It's alright"
I say casually, "here let me show you were the guest room is, then you can go ahead and make yourself comfortable."
We walk down the hallway to the guest room, and let me tell you, it's not the best place in the world. But it's definitely not the worst. In fact it really quite comfortable. I open the door for Ryan and he walks in obviously pleased.

"It's really nice, thank you for letting me stay once again"
He says turning around to give me that wonderful smile once again. I can help but smile back.

"Mmhm, if you need me I'll be in my room"
Then I leave him to get relaxed. I walk into my room and start cleaning my desk, organizing stray papers and pencils lying around. Gum wrappers scattered. If you didn't know me you'd think this was crazy, but for me it's normal. I like to know where things are, and I can navigate them easily like this. I know it sounds strange but it works, I swear.
I finish organizing and I begin to hear my stomach nagging me for food. I walk out of my room and knock on Ryan's door, he answers quick peeking his head through the slot.

"Hi"
He says. I wave.

"Hey, just wanted to know if you wanted to get something to eat. Or I can get things at the store and make something... whichever you like. Or if you're not hungry that's fine too"
I ramble.

"Oh yeah, sure. Let's head to the store! What are you thinking for dinner? Oh you know, I'm a pretty good chef. I'd be happy to make us something"

I don't want him to feel like he has to make me something, but my curiosity gets the better of me. I gotta try his cooking.
"Oh that would be really nice, I'd love to try your cooking! But please don't feel like you need to do anything, just relax."

"Oh no please I insist, cmon"
He says grabbing my hand as we walk to the door. I blush a bit as we walk to the car and begin driving to the nearest grocery store.

It's just after 8 now, and let me tell you. He is an amazing chef. He made this pasta dish and it was absolutely spectacular. Perfect from the spices to the flavor. Now we're just sitting on my couch watching a movie. He scoots closer to me as he says "thank you for letting me stay again"
I nod at him, "of course. You did save my life don't forget"
He rests his head on my shoulder and I turn away with that awful blush coming back. How embarrassing. I turn my head back to the tv, then Ryan looks up at me and laughs.
"What?" I question.

"Oh nothing" he says, still smiling up at me. I smile with him as we pay attention to the movie and begin to doze off into sleep.

I wake up sometime during the night to a blank screen and an asleep Ryan rested up against me. I glance at the clock and realize how truly late it is. I get up and I poke Ryan's shoulder.
"Hey, hey Ryan wake up. It's really late"
I whisper to him.
He makes a noise back shooing me away, but I grab his hand and lead him and his sleepy state into his bed. A more comfortable place to rest. He lies down and as I'm about to walk away from his bed he grabs my wrist, tilting his head up at me. "Stay?" He smiles sweetly. I shrug and lie on the bed next to him. Starring up at the ceiling I feel him wrap an arm around me, he lays his head into my neck and I rest my head on his. Then I start to fall back asleep.

And see this was wonderful, until I got woken up by the obnoxious sound of the doorbell ringing one to many times. "Coming" I say, Turning on the bed. Ryan wakes up and wipes his eyes.
"What?"
He mumbles out.

"Nothing, someone's at the door"
Then the ringing continues.
"HANG ON IM GOING"
I scream, frustrated I get out of bed and stomp to the door. Who is here at 7 in the morning?
I open the door and.. I should have known.

"ANTHONY!!!!"
Sadie. She wraps her arms around me and smiles. I smile too because well, it's Sadie.
Then that familiar face appears behind her.

"Sadie you bozo, you couldn't wait for me to get out of the car? Oh hey bro"
Of course Tobi was brought. I'm not complaining, I love these guys.

"Guys come in! Please let me get you something. Are you thirsty or hungry or?..."

"Oh I'm alright thanks though"
Sadie says kindly.

"Can I have some water with the ice cubes, and I want it in the William Beckett mug please.
Tobi says smirking.

"Yeah okay."
I say going to my cabinet to get his special mug. Once I grab his water I join them where they are seated on the couch.
"So what brings you guys here?" I ask.

"Oh we just wanted to come say hi"
Sadie says.

"You liar"
Tobi spits at her with a devious smile.

"TOBI SHUT UP"
She spits back.

"Bro she didn't believe me when I told her!"

"Told her about what?"
I ask.

"About-"
Just as tobi was about to tell me, Ryan walks into the room.

"What did I miss?"
He asks obviously still a little tired, but it's cute. Sadie looks flabbergasted.
"I didn't think he meant it when he said-"
She says, but she can't seem to finish her sentence. Ryan comes and sits next to me. Wrapping an arm around my shoulders.

"You're Ryan drums. Like like, thee Ryan drums. D-d-d-do you know Gabe Saporta. Just curious no particular reason or anything funny"
She asks with that sweet smile again. Ahahaha I know what you're doing Miss Morello.
I smile at Ryan who looks very confused.

"I apologize I do not"
He says making a face with a bit of genuine guilt.

"Oh no no no!! It's okay. I was just... wondering.."

"Oh okay.."
He says looking down at his lap.

"So Anthony. Mind if we ask you a few questions?"
Tobi asks with a devious grin.
