Ch.3 (Pt.1) • Annoyed

(Namra's POV)

I was here at the cafeteria spacing out.

I don't know what kind of dance move is next to our choreography, since it's been 1 week that we haven't practiced.

"Take it easy there."

A person behind me said.

Oh God, it's just Hari.

"This is so tough. I wonder how Lee Jung unnie can do it. One hour for one choreography." I said.

"Stop using your head. Sometimes, you have to use your heart. Bring your inner feeling." Hari explained.

Wow, never thought this girl just say those words. Is she in love? Nah, I'm just kidding. Unless,,

"Take Monika eonni for example. She tells stories of her life through dancing. And they're fantastic." She added.

I laughed and answered "My life isn't as colorful as hers."

She just nodded and asked me if she can borrow my color pencils.

After she borrowed them she spoke again "Recall your memories. Have you not had a secret crush on anyone before?" She asked.

I didn't answer and stared at nothing again.

-Flashback to High school-

I am here practicing our dance at the studio since I was absent yesterday.

I was struggling to breathe.

I didn't bring my water with me and I can't go outside looking like this.

I look like I just got out of shower.

I saw a person entering the studio and it was Onjo.

She looked at me and asked what's the matter.

"I forgot my water at my home. Plus I can't go out looking like this." I answered.

"Give me your money then." She asked me.

I got confused and asked her back "Why?"

"I'll buy you some water, come on."

I awkwardly smiled at her and said "The problem is,, I also forgot my wallet at home."

"Aish, you're a forgetful person." She answered and gets something in her bag.

"Here. Drink mine." She handed me the bottle.

I was shocked and told her 'No'.

"Why? I am helping you through."

"No. Do you even know , there's 100 plus bacteria on someone's water bottle? So no. I will not accept that."

"Come on, it's not like I have a fever of something. Plus I want a new bottle, I don't like the color yellow." She explained.

"You're crazy."

She just put it beside me Since I didn't accept it.

"The world's one and only beautiful water bottle giver." She said.

I smiled and started at it.

Few seconds later she told me to stop looking at it and practice already.

"When you fall for someone, your heart flutters. And when you think about it, you can't suppress a smile." Hari ended her explanation.
