Chapter 14 - Rest of Halloween

"You guys were amazing!" Dean says to us while we eat at the Halloween feast. "It was a fully grown troll!" Seamus adds "I didn't know Hermione would lie to a teacher." We all started laughing. It was nice having a good conversation with our friend group and others. 

Draco seemed to be more interested to talk to me than others. "Haylee, Hermione, you okay?" he asked politely. "I'm fine" I say, "Hermione is the one who got offended."

At that time when I said that Ron interrupts, "Hermione, I'm sorry about what I said before. I didn't mean to hurt you." Hermione says carelessly "Yeah, totally..." "Hermione, really. Were still friends right?" "Okay."

I was glad that's over, It was pretty tense before with them. After a few minutes of awkward silence, Draco decides to break it. "Hey, my father sent me a huge box of candy the other day to share with you guys for Halloween. Who here wants some?" "Yes," we all shout, Ron the loudest.

Me, Pansy and Draco head up to the Slytherin common room, going in the dungeons, then behind an apparently blank stretch of wall Since I'm in both houses I'm allowed. 

I look around in Draco's dormitory, I have never been there. I've only been in the Slytherin Girls dormitory. Green authentic wallpaper cover the walls, over that there were posters of quidditch teams, famous wizard and all other stuff. 

Draco notices me looking around and turned bright pink. "Sorry, it's a bit messy in here. Me, Crabbe, Goyle, Blaise Zabini, and Theodore Nott all share this room." Pansy reply "It's a boys dorm Haylee, there more messier than us." "No, I like it. I don't like stuff too neat, it's boring."

I see Draco smile at me, still bright pink, but it had faded a bit. I see his bag, everything is almost new and very expensive. "You must be rich to have money for all that new stuff." I exclaim. "All of me and Harrys items are second hand, we can't use much money because we don't get money. We have been forced to live with muggles."

 "Seriously Haylee," Pansy says "You didn't know that?" As that happens, Draco pulls a bunch of boxes from his bag, and passes them to us, we head back, to meet the others. "Haylee" Draco starts, "You gotta tell me about those muggles. I wanna know." He says childishly.

"Well, took you long enough," Ron stated. As we all open the boxes, candy bursts every where, I see all the Weasleys mouth fall wide open. "Hey, Draco. Who are you sharing this with?" "Everyone" he says. "But I don't have the gut to say it out loud..." Hermione burst in "Everyone has the same guts you know." We all burst out laughing. "Ron could you pass candy around?" "Sure."

"I'll tell them, for you," "Thanks Hayles, but you don't need to embarrass yourse-."  

I start to shout, "Hey, Draco used his initiative and gat enough to get candy for everyone, this Halloween. Don't feel shy, Ron has kindly volunteered to pass some around."

The whole hall cheered, and Draco once again had gone bright red.

Draco's point of view: Haylee, how is she so brave? I like having those nice words said to me especially from Haylee. "Draco, done. As easy as pie." "Than-" "No needing to thank me, I was your candy after all."

She is so generous, caring, kind, pretty, popular, everything I'd wish for. Without thinking I pull her into a hug, and whisper "thank you." Then I see Harry shoot a angry dark stare at me. That didn't mind me, hugging Haylee was great.

Soon we were joined by Ron and all the Weasleys. Thanking me for all that candy.

Harry's Point of view:  What with him? Hugging MY sister out in public. Ron and them too, why always him? I hate Draco. That idiot. I pull Haylee out of the hug and the crowd forming around her. "Hey! What was that for?" She askes me. "They were thanking me." "Do you like Draco?" He asked sharply. "Nothing more than friends" She snaps back. "Anyway, first quidditch game tomorrow, wake up early tomorrow."

Haylee's Point of view: I wonder what's wrong with Harry, he's acting weirdly lately.
