Bakugou walked inside of the hospital room light pouring in from the window as he saw Izuku laying on the bed Izuku smiled at him. Bakugou walked Forward and grabbed his hand. "now we can be together right".
Bakugou hesitated before letting go of Izukus hand and backing away bakugou almost slipped on his normal hospital clothes as he did so.
Izuku expression turned sad"Kacchan what are y-you doing?"
"I'm sorry but if I have this sickness and I die you wouldn't be able to live and I can't have that so you find someone healthy for you okay?" Bakugou said light tears In his eyes.
"kacchan! no no no I can't live with out you I can't move on!".
Bakugou went up to Izuku and kissed his soft lips one last time before going to the door and grabbing the handle.
He then whispered"I'm sorry izuku and I love you"Before turning the handle and walking out he was never to be seen in that room again even though he tried visiting bakugou bakugou transferred to a new hospital that Izuku didn't know of and he was never found.
