Lizzys pov

I letted out a yelp when I was pulled from the ground were i was with Joey.
"are you ok?"what the what's wrong with Scott
"Yeah why"
"You did a yelp so I thought that i had hurt you"i managed to get my hand free and I placed it on Scotts cheek
"You didn't it took me by surprise,...you kinda scared me"I suddenly felt warm arms wrapping around my waist and pulled me from Scott
"Scott leave her alone" I turn around still in the grip and I looked up haha I knew it had to be Joey.
"Can you let me go" I finally asked but I wouldn't mind staying in his arms but it would weird because we're just friends. My thoughts were interrupted when Joey letted me go to answer his phone.
"Hello....oh hi mom what do you need.......dinner?.......luke is coming home!.....why?......ok I will ask....wait who tho....oh ok but why....oh you want to meet her...okay bye" he finally got off the phone and he turned towards me.
"Lizzy.."
"Yeah, is something wrong?"
"Oh no nothing's wrong"he scratches the back of his head and smiled..what's going on
"What did you need?"he said my name and idk why still
"Oh uh my mom she wants to meet you"
"MMe?" Why does she want to meet me
"Yeah she meet Scott already and she wants to meet you too"
"Okay and.." I don't see were this is going
"My mom wanted me to ask you if you can join us for dinner and wear something nice because my older brother is coming home and we will be going out to eat"ohh im still a little confuse so I ask a couple of questions
"So when is this dinner?"
"Tonight at 8:00pm and my older sister will pick you up just make sure to be ready by 7:55 she kinda likes to be early"i sigh
"I don't think I have anything to wear but I'll look!"im exited I get to meet his parents and his older sister and brother
Soon the bell rang and we headed to are lockers.
"So you promise your coming"Joey keeps asking me and it's all ways the same answer
"Yes of course I promise" when we reach my locker witch was the last one that we go to because Scotts and joeys lockers were closer so I put up my books and grabbed my back-pack and shut my locker.
"Shoot I got to go home"Scott ran off home his mom wanted him to be home by 3:20 so they can talk about school and all that before she went to work. I was snapped out of my thoughts when Joey started talking
"Wanna run in wolf form while I take you home?"
I froze I kinda had a secret but when I calmed down i told him
"Can you just give me a piggy back ride?"
He laughed and said fine he shifted into his wolf it was the same color as his hair a light black and hade dark black eyes. I giggled and hopped on his back
"Giddy up horsey" i pointed in the direction of my home and giggled when I called him horsey he growled but I ignored him when he started to run towards my house i laid down on him and was gripping his fur
Mind not holding on so tight it hurts you know he mind linked me and i loosened my grip when we got to my house Joey shifted back into his human form and hugged me goodbye i said thanks.
