Luciel and Carl have been friend's since middle school, they are currently in high school now, they've only known each other for 3 years though, but they still know a lot about each other, eager to see one another each day as time goes on.

Until..

Luciel caught feelings for Carl.

CARL'S POV

Seven and I were walking to school, the usual. But it felt weird this time, Luciel was getting weirdly closer to me, he grazed his hand across mine sometimes, like he's trying to hold my hand? I don't know, he is a bit quirky anyway.
"You want to go to the cafeteria to get breakfast together today? I'll pay?" He asked me with a sweet and generous look in his eyes.
"Course, why not? Let me put my stuff away first, i'll meet you there?" I replied back with a smile on my face, happy to hear that he will pay, because I am running low on money...
''Yep! Meet you there!! Laterz.'' And just like that I was in front of my locker, watching him turn his back and walking towards the cafeteria.

I opened my locker, and I found a note in there, the back of it is covered in hearts, like some kind of cringe love letter in a movie, I opened it anyway finding some words written on it like the following, ''I love you'' or like, ''This is creepy isn't it..?", I tried to find maybe a name or something, nothing, I think..this IS a love letter!! Oh my god, who could it be..- WAIT that doesn't matter right now, I need to get to Seven, I don't want to worry him or anything.
I stuffed my bag and my belongings in the locker, tucking the note in my back pocket, along with a few coins that I must have already had in my pocket that I forgot to empty out.

I walked to the cafeteria, seeing people talking in friend groups or people sitting by themselves, or at their locker. I looked around the hallways that I walked down, like I'm searching for someone, I run into someone from not paying attention in front of me, I was to busy looking at the fountain outside of the window and people flipping coins in there, thinking their wishes would come true..-
''OH- I am so sorry I didn't mean to bump into yo- WAIT JINX BINX!?!?!'' I said with wide eyes
''Omg!!! It's Carl, the OFFICIAL...Long time no see!! How was your summer break?" Jinx asked me in return. 
''My summer break was good, me and Luciel hung out a lot over the break, I didn't do too much though, what about you?" I said 
He replied saying, ''Bro my summer was amazing, my friends made a GIF of me shakin my ass, gettin' into it, yk? My granpapi also left me, along with this world.''
''Well, sorry for your granpapi loss...but I need to get going because 707 is waiting for me, Cya!!!!'' I said with a smile on my face and then quickly left to the cafeteria, because I had just realized 15 minutes has past.

A few moments later..

I arrived at the cafeteria, seeing Luciel with a free seat next to him and two plates of food next to him, I sat next to him and grabbed the plate, mumbling a thank you and I stared at the food for a moment, realizing that I am not hungry.
''Is something wrong?" Seven asked me suddenly.
''I'm not hungry...'' I replied with a worried face, sad that I made him waste his money.
He looked at me for a second and then gave me a light smile, a little comforting?
''Its fine, did you at least eat in the morning before we walked to school?" He asked me.
''Yes, I did don't worry,'' reassuring him. (even though I was lying..)
''Okay, we should probably get to class soon, I'll cya later?" I nodded and got up, nodding a little to reassure him that I am truly sorry, he nodded back and I turned my back, starting to walk to the bathrooms real quick, so I can wash my hands right quick.

I walked into the bathroom, seeing another person in there, I went in just to wash my hands, they looked at me as soon as I walked in, they didn't stop staring and I got uncomfortable real quick, I just washed my hands real quick and went to class.
