Sparking Love

Chapter Two

Squinting Jiro slowly opened her eyes, confused and disorientated as to what was going on she looked around to try to assess the situation. Noticing she was standing alone down a side ally next to Honei Station she let out a small shaky sigh before slowly walking towards the main road. When she finally got to the main road, she saw a lot of commotion smashed glass from windows scattered the paths and a crowd had gathered to watch the heroes at work.

Jiro could hear footsteps before she could see two guys one with spiky red hair wearing what she could only guess was a hero costume and a guy with blonde hair with what looked like a lightning bolt going through it, running towards her. They must be new heroes she thought not recognising them.

"Jiro you, ok?" The guy in red asked, as he came to a stop in front of her the blonde not far behind. "Yeah, what happened to the girl you were with?". The blonde asked stopping in front of her grabbing her hands softly, looking into her eyes that were filled with what can only be known as utter confusion.

"I'm sorry what?" She asked confused on who the two boys were talking to her like they've known each other for years. "Jiro are you ok? You know, the girl who was with the two guys we just caught? " The red head said with a dry laugh, this wasn't her usual laughy behaviour.

The blonde who seemed to have caught on that something wasn't right, took a closer look into her eyes that didn't seem to hold the usual 'just kicked some ass' spark as before. The girl in question who only just registered the blonde's new closeness imminently felt her face heat, a prominent blush dusting her cheeks.

"I-errm y-your rather c-close" she squeaked in embarrassment. Not used the close contact even with the people she knows and especially not someone she's just met. She quickly shook the boys' hands off her and took a few quick steps back. "Also how do you know my name? who are you guys?" she questioned trying to calm her flushed face.
